    Closed Account Charged

    • I my credit card was charged for an account that was deactivated months ago.  The domain has been transferred and all of the accounts were canceled however you have taken $97.00 dollars from my account.  I need this resolved immediately.

      In order to locate the transaction please send us the following:
      1. last 4 digits of your credit card
      2. name of card holder
      3. expiration date
      4. transaction amount 
      5. transaction date
      6. How Wix appears on your statement (Wix.com NY or PLI*WIX)
