does the premium upgrade offer phone support
Wix says support is available by phone and gives a link for scheduling a phone appointment. I click on that link and the only options shown are for me to write to support. What happened to the good old days when Wix was flash, user-friendly, less limited -- and available support? I would not have purchased a site from Wix if I had not had another site under the old format and thought that was what I was getting this time. I am more than disappointed -
And I REALLY want to schedule an appointment for phone support ASAP. How can I do this?
