    save function doesn't work

      Please make sure to click on Publish in order for the changes to appear on your live site.

      Hi craftybirdme,

       

      The changes should show on the live site after clicking Save and Publish.

       

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      I checked the prices on your prices page and they look the same on both editor and live site. 

      To better understand what happens on your end, please send us a screenshot of the problem and explain what changes are not reflected on your live site. For instructions on how to take a screenshot, please use this link.

       

      To upload the screenshot, simply click on the "Upload" button and follow the steps.

      I just checked the last saved version of your website and I could still see the "prices" tab in the menu.

      Would you mind if we'll change the menu tab for you and turn it into "rates" ( instead of "prices" ?)

      I just checked several earlier versions of your website and I wasn't able to detect any of the changes that you've mentioned above.

      I'm sending your case to our QA department for further investigation; this shouldn't prevent you from working on your website.

      A few things that we would like to know:

      1. did you get any error message during your editing session?

      2. is it possible that you have opened more then one editor session at the same time ?

      3. does the problem happened again since?

      I checked your site and the last save was yesterday at 2013-01-21T19:11:22.009-06:00

      Please provide us with a detailed outline of the steps you have taken until this point, so we may replicate the process from our end in finding a solution.

      -Where do you see it on your site, i.e. what page?
      -What component in the editor is causing the problem (i.e. text box)?

      *Please include screen shots, if possible.

      I apologize about the inconvenience. 

      Please provide us with the following information so that we can further investigate:

      1. Confirm that after each save you received a confirmation message stating that the process was successful.

      2. Let us know when do you last remember saving your site. 

      3. Describe the changes you made and that you have now lost.

      This issue has been corrected. Please clear your browsers cache (again) and make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version available (this is crucial) in order for the fix to take effect.

      Are you getting an error message when trying to publish or does the editor simply freeze?

      Hi Stevan ,

       

      Your site has been saved multiple times over the last couple of days, however it appears that it hasn't been Published for a few days. Remember: In order for changes that you make in the Editor to appear on your live site you must Publish your site, and repeat the process each time.

      We are really sorry about this, but as you can see you already posted about this issue error 7002 HERE. We will update that thread only asbout the errror. Again, we are doing our best to come to a solution with this, we understand its affecting many users.

      I'm trying to use the list builder feature, which still seems very prototypical. In any case, I made several changes to a list, saved, left the page and opened it again (I'm rightly paranoid that wix will not save my changes) and my fears were confirmed. Located in Saylorsburg PA. It has happened once before, though I don't remember when, but happened a second ago on 10/26 at 3:55pm.
