    • 1.I purchased a premium package but the system si still asking me for a upgrade!
      2. My email does not work: Google apps?!
      3. Translation page does not switch?!

      4. Your customer support phones do not work?!

      5. I have tried 29 times to post my telephone number in your help/support form so I can get called back, your system stinks?!

      6. I need someone to call me back today, as I/m about to cancel my package!!!!

      7. I had site with yahoo small business, paying $10/month, incluing everything, with no problems.

      8. Your site is for idiots!?

      9. I have already spent 170$ on your site, and I can get a HELP. Nothing works. My site does not connect nor appears  on google!

      I checked your Wix account, and I saw you upgraded to a premium package.

      May I ask where do you recive the message to upgrade your site?

      Regarding the email, we will appreciate if you could send us more details as what difficulties you are experiencing with your email:

      Are you unable to login to your email account/ send emails/ recive emails ?
