How do I add meta tags on my Wix site?

    Question

Meta Tags are important as they provide information about your site to search engine crawlers. Remember to update your Meta Tags for every page of your Wix site.

To update your Page Meta Tags: From the left side of the Editor, click the Pages icon > next to the relevant page, click the Settings wheel > in the Settings and SEO window, fill in the Page Title and Page Description fields > click Done.

You may also add Site Meta Tags, which will only be used if your Page Title and Description fields are left blank.

To update your Site Meta Tags: From the left side of the Editor, click the Settings icon > click SEO (Google) > fill in your Meta Tags under Site Title and Site Description > click Done.

Make sure that the Allow search engines to find my site option is switched on (green).

Yes No Thanks for your feedback!
