What is PPC?


PPC, or “pay per click”, is an online advertising strategy, in which advertisers place ads inside search engines that link to their websites, and only pay for the ads when they are clicked. 

With search engines, advertisers typically bid on keyword phrases (in Google these are called “AdWords”) relevant to their target market.
