    Why didn't I receive my vouchers from Wix?

    If you did not receive the vouchers that you expected, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. You are renewing an existing plan - vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase only. 
    2. The plan that you purchased did not include a voucher - the Unlimited, eCommerce and VIP plans include the Free Domain, Google AdWords, Bing Advertising and Local Listings vouchers, where as the Combo plan includes the Free Domain voucher only
    3. You purchased the monthly subscription of a plan - vouchers are only included when purchasing the yearly subscription. 
    4. The voucher is not valid in your location - the Bing and Local Listings vouchers are available in the US and Canada only.

    If none of these reasons apply to you, please follow these instructions to find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

    The Free Domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. Your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.
