    Can I receive email notifications for orders placed in my Wix Online Store?


    Email notifications will be sent either from Wix or from your merchant account, depending on the payment method that you have chosen.

    • If you are using Skrill, WebMoney, Authorize.net, PayU or Offline Payments, you will receive an email notification from Wix once an order has been placed, provided that you have added your email address in the Payment Method setup. 

    • If you are using PayPal or PagSeguro, you will receive an email notification from your merchant account, provided that you have chosen these settings in your merchant account. If you are using PayPal, please click here for instructions.

    After a customer places an order and completes the purchase process, the order will appear on the Orders tab.  In addition, you will be able to see your orders on your site dashboard without having to open the Editor!
