    Can I receive a refund for a domain purchased from Wix?

    Question

    Domains purchased through Wix are non-refundable as Wix is required to pay for the domain registration on your behalf.

    If you no longer wish to keep the domain that you purchased, you can cancel your subscription by turning off the auto-renewal process. The domain will expire on the next renewal date.

    To turn the auto renewal off : Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains > under Manage Premium, click Billing & Payment.
    Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.
