    Why don't I have the option to update my Wix payment method?


    To update your payment method: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

    Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method.


    If this option is not available to you, it is likely that your subscription was canceled due to payment issues. If this is the case, you can reinstate your premium features by upgrading your site again. To do so, simply sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.
