    Why don't I have the option to update my Wix payment method?

    Question

    If the renewal payment for your premium plan was declined, you will need to complete the payment in the Billing & Payments section of your Wix account.

    To complete the payment: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.
    Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Complete Payment.

    If this option is not available to you, it is likely that your subscription was canceled due to payment issues. If this is the case, you can reinstate your premium features by upgrading your site again. To do so, simply sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.
