    I purchased a premium plan, but the upgrade doesn't show on the My Sites page.


    Please verify that your upgrade was successful by reviewing your existing premium plans.


    To review your premium plans: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans > check to see if the plan appears on this page and that your upgrade was successful.


    If your upgrade was successful, you will see a purple Premium banner on your upgraded site's preview image.

    If you still can't see the upgrade, please let us know in this thread.
