    I canceled my Wix premium plan, why haven't I received my refund yet?

    Please allow up to 20 business days for the funds to settle in your account. If you did not receive your refund after 20 business days, please contact the Wix Support team to review the status of your refund.

     

    Note: If you canceled your purchase within the first 24 hours, it is possible that your payment might have been voided and the charges dropped entirely. In this case, you will not see the refund in your account.
