Wix Help Center

What type of server does Wix use?

During the last couple of months we’ve added global CDN, tripled our servers and are now using 24 top dell servers for Wix backend infrastructure with more being added on a weekly basis. We have servers all over the world including Europe and the US.

Please note that we do create back up servers and have ways to retrieve lost data in case of any event where our servers get corrupted. Being an Internet company our main priorities are maintaining our servers and making sure that any data that may be lost can be restored (without rolling back as long as the content was actually saved). Keep in mind that any content that was added on the user's end and was not saved successfully onto our servers could not be restored.

Yes No Thanks for your feedback!
