If your Contact Form is not working, please try the following:

 

1. Check to see that you have entered the correct email address in your Contact Form settings.

To check your Contact Form email address: Click the Contact Form that you added to your site > in the Settings window, under Email To, enter or correct the email address that you want Contact Form submissions sent to.

Make sure to Save and Publish if you make any changes.

 

2. Check that emails sent through your Wix Contact Form are not being recognized as spam and have ended up in your Spam/Junk/Bulk Folder.
 

Note: If the email address you added is example@YourSiteDomainName, make sure that the MX records are pointing correctly, click here to learn more.

    My problem is still not solved. Last reply from Gat does not help - there is no Gmail involved, we are using Microsoft Office 365. Yesterday we have spend an hour with the Microsoft support engineers, they were totally professional and we could traced that mail from Wix (the previously provided address) has never reached our mail servers. So the issue is not in our system (we can receive mails from every host inc. Gmail), but in the mail sender service of WIX.

     

    Please take our case seriously as this is getting to be very problematic and urgent - you could not deliver a solution since 4 days.

      Please note that I have successfully been able to send an email from the contact form to my mail address:

       

      Please note that your mail configuration is not properly set - please contact your mail host (rather than Microsoft) and ask them for the A record that should be inserted under mail.arenim,com.

       

      Have you encountered the same issue with the domain minerva-soft.com? If so, please note that you should contact your domain host in this matter since it is neither connected nor transferred to Wix.

    Could you please tell us where we can check the progress of the Google e-mail issue and its resolution.  I am about to bring my website live for my wedding RSVP and I want to make sure it's working properly.

      This problem is on Gmail's end so there's not much we can do about it here at Wix. We recommend contacting Google directly for more information

    I was receiving emails fine for weeks.... Now it is not working. This is a big issue for me because people are RSVP for my wedding. Is there a way to find out who has sent a reply this past week? I also have a gmail account.

      Hi,

      We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is no way to see who has sent a reply in this past week. 

       

      This is an issue with Gmail, Google is currently looking into the problem - it isn't specific to our contact form.
       

      As this is an important issue, I can suggest you to add a different email address that is not provided by Google until Google will fix the problem.

    My e-mail stopped working. Why? It was everything ok and I received e-mails but from yesterday I can't receive. My e-mail is correct penalprognoze@gmail.com

    Hi Nitzan,

    We have checked at the sales@arenim.com address, and there is no trace of any messages sent from the no-reply@parastorage.com  address. Please check with your email provider and ask for further details as something is definitively wrong.

    Contact Form not working - urgent!

    Hi, 

    I have tested the contact forms on my site several times & they are not working.

    They both say sent correctly & yet I have not received anything to my inbox or spam folder. I have the correct address in there.

    As this is our only form of rsvp, it is vital!

    Please help :)

    My site is www.crypttalk.hu

    My problem is that none of my contact forms deliver the messages sent, despite the e-mail address configured in the component for delivery (sales@arenim.com) is properly working (have tested by sending mails to the address from several different hosts).

     

    Please help me what to do. Thank you!

      Also, Is your email managed by Google Apps? If so, there's a current issue with Gmail that Google is taking care of.

      Hi Ilia,

       

      Unfortunately I did not receive your mail. We are using Office 365, so our mailing system is independent from Google. However we also have tested it from Gmail accounts and those mails have arrived.

       

      Please suggest what to do. Thank you in advance!

      Hi,

      Thank you for your patience and corporation.

      We may found a bug in the contact form. We need to ask you to place your email address as the Bcc email address in the contact form, and then send yourself a test email to see if it arrive to the Bcc address. 

      After you do that, please try to switch between the main email address and the Bcc email address and make the test again.

       

      Please let us know about the results.

      1. Where do you receive the test email? to the main address or only to the Bcc address. 

      2. What was the email address that you used for each one.

      Hi,

       

      I have made the tests:

      1. I left sales@arenim.com in to as before and have added skun@minerva-soft.com into the BCC. In this case skun@minerva-soft.com has received the mail, the TO address not.

       

      2. I have reverted the two addresses. The TO address has received the message, the BCC not.

      This could show that the sales@arenim.com has an issue, but we have tested it again by sending e-mails to this address from 3 totally different mail providers and all worked fine (including Gmail).

      Hi, 

      Thank you very much for the corporation. 

      In that case, please contact your email provider and ask them if they accidentally blocked any receiving mail from no-reply@parastorage.com (that is the email address for all the emails that are coming from the contact form).  Tell them to unblock it.

    Hi,


    My contact form doesn't work either.

    Do I need to be a premium member to use it?

    I cannot get to my MX domains. I would like the contact form to go to my gmail.

      Hi,

      You do not have to be a premium user in order to use your contact form.

      Google were experiencing some problems with their mailboxes earlier today, please check again, the problem should have been fixed by now.

      Also, check your spam folder, as sometimes your contact form mails end up there.

      Let us know us the problem persists.

    Hello, 

     

    My contact form isnt working. I have made the sure the email on settings is correct and have published the site afterwards. I am not sure why I am not receiving any emails?

      I also see the message of "your details were sent successfully". The emails are not going to my spam or trash and I can receive other emails from wix such as appt bookings to speak to an agent on the phone.

      This is time sensitive. Please help!

      So I tried trouble shooting a bit more..and It seems that when I add another email to the BCC field it send it to that account no problem. For some reason it is not sending it to my main primary account where I need the responses directed to --> vinoandrosytietheknot@gmail.com. 

      I have checked this account and it receives all other emails fine and nothing is going to trash or spam. Please let me know if u have any thoughts on how to fix this.

      I'm sorry to hear that you have difficulties with your Wix site.

      1. Please contact your email provider (Gmail) and ask them if they accidentally blocked any receiving mail from no-reply@parastorage.com (that is the email address of the contact form)

      2. Does it also happen when you are changing the order of these emails, so the primary will be the bcc and the same as the opposite?

      the emails are eventually coming but extremely delayed. Almost 4-5 hours later. I am concerned that I will be missing replies when people try to send me information.

      Any help with how to get the email responses to get there sooner? it has no problem reaching my other account. Its immediate there. But takes really long to the account I wish it to direct to.
