If your Contact Form is not working, please try the following:

 

1. Check to see that you have entered the correct email address in your Contact Form settings.

To check your Contact Form email address: Click the Contact Form that you added to your site > in the Settings window, under Email To, enter or correct the email address that you want Contact Form submissions sent to.

Make sure to Save and Publish if you make any changes.

 

2. Check that emails sent through your Wix Contact Form are not being recognized as spam and have ended up in your Spam/Junk/Bulk Folder.
 

Note: If the email address you added is example@YourSiteDomainName, make sure that the MX records are pointing correctly, click here to learn more.

    Is there a way i can edit the fields name?! For example, instead of subject i want to add Phone Number which is very important for me. How do i go about it?

    Hi jhaydock,

     

    I can see that your contact form is properly connected to this Email : 'info@puremulsion.com' ,

    'jhaydock@puremulsion.com' .

     

    I tried sending a message, and it was sent successfully.

    I even changed it to my email address and sent a message again - received it. 


    Have you checked your spam/bulk/junk folder?

    Hello - i'm having e-mail delivery issues with my contact form. I have triple checked to make sure i have the addresses right, i've added wix as a safe sender, and i've tried the -delete form, clear cache, create new form- technique with no success. Any other ideas? Thanks

    Hi Amanda, 

     

    The reason you are unable to write anything in the contact form under the 'Name' option is that you have a text component that is placed above the contact form that is blocking your users from clicking on it. 

     

    To fix this simply click on the text box above the contact form > From the pop up box that opens, click on the 'send backwards' button.

    Hi Ron. Thanks for your reply, most appreciated!

    I checked to make sure I wasnt stupid enough to make text and background colours the same...but no they werent. I changed  a couple of the colours and still the same problem. So i dont believe that is what is causing the issue.

    The site you want to look at is evolvebuilt (the one that has the premium).

    I've checked your account and noticed that you have a number of sites in it, please specify the name of the site in question in order for us to fully assist you in solving this matter.

     

    From my experience, this usually happens when a user has chosen to have the background of the field in question in the same color of the text their inputting in the form itself.

    Worth checking.

    well i have an issue where the "name" field of my contact form doesnt let you input any information. the other fields work fine. some help please?!!!

    Hi typila,

     

    I Opened your site on IE9 and couldn't recreate the problem; the contact form works perfectly. Is it possible you are using an older IE version (lower than 9)? If so, I would recommend to upgrade to IE9.

     

    If people using IE8 will visit your website, they’ll still be able to view and interact with your content. However, some advanced HTML5 features will not display as nicely as they would for people using modern browsers. The great news is that by freeing our HTML5 platform from the constraints of IE8 compatibility, we will now be able to integrate spectacular new features for your benefit.
