If your Contact Form is not working, please try the following:

 

1. Check to see that you have entered the correct email address in your Contact Form settings.

To check your Contact Form email address: Click the Contact Form that you added to your site > in the Settings window, under Email To, enter or correct the email address that you want Contact Form submissions sent to.

Make sure to Save and Publish if you make any changes.

 

2. Check that emails sent through your Wix Contact Form are not being recognized as spam and have ended up in your Spam/Junk/Bulk Folder.
 

Note: If the email address you added is example@YourSiteDomainName, make sure that the MX records are pointing correctly, click here to learn more.

    contact information inop

    Contact Information on my site is inoperable.  I have tried several tests and have received no emails.  I have filled out "Email To" as well as an "Email BCC", neither account has received any notification.  Is there some other place this has to be listed, or is it just broken?  Below is a screen capture of what I have completed.  Please reply to glskye2014@gmail.com.  Thank you

    Hello,

    I am also having this issue in the last 2 weeks of messages submitted through contact form not coming into my email.  I performed a test today - after submitting, a message appeared below the box that said "an error has occurred".  I checked the dashboard and the test message was there but didn't come to our email.  

    This is costing us new patients!  Please address this issue as soon as possible.

    Same issue. Contact form not successful and does not send to my e-mail. I have cleared cache, remade the form, and tried different e-mail addresses. It comes up with 'an error occured'. Please help!

    I am still not getting any emails to the email I prescribed for the contact form i have tried all of the above that has been suggested and it is still not working?

      I have just sent you a test message through the contact form. Could you please let us know if this message was received? Make sure to check the spam folder of you emails.

    I am having the same problem as other people, I'm getting messages to my Wix dashboard, but they aren't being e-mailed to me, even though I've checked to make sure the contact form settings are correct, and the messages aren't being sent to my spam box. Have you figured out how to fix this yet?

      I actually just fixed the problem by deleting the e-mail address in Settings, Saving it, and then typing it in from scratch again.

    Emailing from app

    How do I create when a client contacts me via email on the app to go directly to my email and not just Wix inbox?  Thanks.

    I can't even enter anything in to the name, email address or subject fields. I can type text in to the main message field, but the others simply don't allow it.

      It seems your text box is covering the contact form and then it is unclickable:

      Drag the lower side of that text box upwards so it does not cover the contact form.
