    contact form

I have a contact form in my website. When the site was first built, two email addresses were inserted into the "where to send" email address.

Since then, I changed one of the addresses, but the form still sends form inputs into the email I removed.

    How can this be so?

You should be getting emails to these addresses:

Are you getting the email to all 3 mailboxes now, or just the previous two?

If you are getting them to all 3, make sure your mails are not forwarded from one mailbox to the other.

If this is not the case, please try removing the contact form (save&publish) and re-adding it (save&publish).

Let us know if the problem persists.

Hi Etti thx for the reply.

OK, I think I understand the problem. I have contact forms both on my main page and on the "Contact Us" page. I only changed the emails on the main page.

I'll try to update the other form and if that works we're all good :)

I deleted the email submission box on the contact page

I deleted the email submission form on the contact page. I tried to copy & paste from another template but that didn't work. How do I get that box back?

on line registration for conference participants

I am setting up a website for the purpose of organizing a conference.  This will include the opportunity for members to register online and for activities and arrangements to be communicated to clubs and members.

Is this possible within one of your sites?

I've added a contact form to my wix site which has yet to be upgraded: www.kneadleandthead.wix.com/shop

I've added in an email which messages will be sent to. However, the email doesn't seem to receive the messages from the contact form. I have tried many times and have re-created the contact form many times but it still doesn't work. I tried a variety of emails and it seems that only a yahoo email seems to receive the contact form messages. However, I would like the messages to be transferred to kneadleandthread@gmail.com. May I know what's wrong and how this can be fixed? Thanks.

The messages were sent to the correct email after around 2 hours after being submitted through the contact form. Is this normal and expected? Thanks.

Recently we have had some issues with contact forms, specifically with gmail (the problem is at Google's end).

Please use another e-mail meanwhile and update us if you face any problems with it.

In any case all the e-mails sent via Contact form can be viewed in "My contacts" section of "My account" -

We just converted from Flash to HTML5 on Wix.  I do not like the new contact form.  It sends email as a "no reply" we need the ability to reply to the emails.  Is there another contact form we can use that will come through to us and allow us to reply?  Patients are typing in their email addresses incorrectly often and that makes it impossible for us to then get back to them. http://nancylum.wix.com/nutrition5

We have several contact forms available in the Wix App Market! You can find them under the "Forms" tab.

You can also create a link to your email, this will let the user send you an email from his device's default email program.

You can link an element to an external web address, a page within your site, an email address, or a downloadable document.

To add a link to an element on your site, please follow these steps:

      1. Click an element, picture, or button.
      2. Click the 'Link to' option from the 'Settings' window.
      3. Choose 'Web Address', 'Page', 'Email', or 'Document'.
      4. Fill in the space with your external URL, choose a page, fill in the relevant email address, or choose a document, and click 'OK'.

You can find more information about linking here.

You can easily add a contact form using the Wix editor:

      1. From the left toolbar, click the Add icon.
      2. From Add , click Apps and then click Contact Form
      3. From the Contact Form Settings window, under Email to, type the email that your site visitors will contact when filling in the form.
      4. Under Email BCC, type an email that will be blind-copied when your visitors fill in the form.

A contact form is added to your site.

You can customize your contact form, which includes changing the style, adding fields, removing fields, and renaming fields. Click here for instructions on how to customize your contact form.

Watch the video tutorial below for more information:
