To update your payment details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

    I've tried to update my payment details but it says my account has been cancelled and there's no option to manage/update. Please help

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you premium package was canceled.

      Unfortunately, it is not possible to update payment details after the premium package has been canceled.

      In this case, you will need to repurchase a new premium package.

      I can see you already purchased a new package.

      I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

    I'm trying to change my credit card details as I got a new card, I fill in the new number, then the page loads and just sends me back to the page with the old credit card number still filled in. No error message or telling me what is wrong. Please help!!!

      I can see that your premium package has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to reinstate you premium features you just need to upgrade your site again.
       
      To upgrade your site, please go to My Account > click Upgrade your site under the site you want to upgrade.
       
      You can find all the information regarding the premium packages here.
       
      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    Cancelled site

    Hi my site has been taken down and i had no idea my payment details had stopped because i had a new card. I've tried to update the details on the pay mayment for my rsvphoto.com website and i won't let me. Please help as i need it back up asap.

    I have entered a new cc (my wives) and I keep receiving emails that the transaction could not be processed. I need my services restored ASAP Please advise.

      Hi,

      Please update the payment method for your Combo premium, and Revolution Slider app.

      The payments are being declined by your credit card provider.

      To change your credit card details for your premium package:
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. From the Update Billing Details window that opens, update your credit card details. Click OK.
      Your credit card details have changed.
      It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.
      Note: You can use multiple credit cards for Premium Upgrades and change them at any time.

      If you are referring to package ID 8e0f5232, you will not be able to update the payment details as this package was canceled.

      In this case, you will need to repurchase a new premium package.

    Point 7 does not appear, there is nothing on the pop-up. I caanot change my credit card items!

    Hi 

    when I go to update my payment method I get this screen and I cannot change my credit card details.- now I think the payment is overdue so I dont have my website anymore

      I click on the Update Payment Method link.  It allows me to input my CC info.  When I click on UPDATE at the bottom of the page, the spinning circle does its thing for2 seconds, and the screen remains the same.  It doesn't go away, it doesn't close down, it gives me no notice that it has accepted my information.  It stays open.  When I look back at my billing page, there has been no update made, the old cc info is still there and it still says payment hasn't been made.  I am not receiving an error, but then I receive another notice from WIX saying I need to update my payment method.
