To update your payment details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

    Enable website

    I need to re establish my wix website.  My bank account number changed and you consequently cancelled my website.  Kindly advise as to how to enable it.

    Hey Wix.

    So our website doesn't exist, and realized month prior we had an expired card on file. I updated the payment info, but our website still remains down.

    So what now?

      Hi,

      I checked your domain records and they aren't directed to Wix's servers. Click here to learn how to setup the connection with the registrar. Or you can try using our domain connection troubleshooter.

       

      If you have done the above, please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the domain to fully propagate on all locations.

       

      If the issue persists, please let us know.

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      Please note that clearing your browser's cache will not resolve all issues.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    Auto-renewal problem

    Hello Wix Team,

    For my automatic auto-renewal, it won't work because I have new billing info. How do I do that? I do not want to discontinue my subscription. Please get in touch.

      Hey speedlox

      Your Premium package has recently been cancelled due to the failure of our billing system to renew your package.

      Your Wix documents were not effected by this change, they simply reverted back to free status including the Wix ads and the Wix free URL.

      If you would like to take advantage of everything Premium has to offer, please upgrade your document again.

      Hi srugegehakiza ,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Unfortunately its not possible to reactivate a website that has been cancelled.

      To reactivate your premium features, you will need to repurchase your desired package.

      We never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    I have tried to update my payment with a credit card and it does not seem to want to accept if frustrated and more so there is no one to talk to about it

    Hello, 

     

    I keeo trying to change the credit card number but this messages keeps showing up. I have tried putting the numbers in different ways including: 

    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

    XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

    X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X-X

    X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X X

    (screenshot below) 

    However none of these work, please find a solutions ASAP as we do not want to loose our website or have it go offline!

      To change your credit card details for your premium package:
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. From the Update Billing Details window that opens, update your credit card details. Click OK.
      Your credit card details have changed.
      It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.
      Note: You can use multiple credit cards for Premium Upgrades and change them at any time.

      To update the payment details for your domain name.
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Under Domain Subscriptions, click Manage next to your domain name.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. Please select an alternate card from the drop down box, or add a new one by clicking Use a New Card.
      7. Click Submit, then click Done.

    I updated my credit card info and my domain name is still not working. I am wondering how long it should take for my site to be back up after I have updated the information

      Hi,

      I can see the payment was approved on April 2.

      Please allow up to 72 hours for the domain name to propagate. After 72 hours your site will function as before.

      Where are you experiencing the problem? At what stage during the update are you encountering the issue?
