You can easily repurchase a plan after it's been canceled. Simply upgrade your site again to the desired plan.

 

To upgrade your site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.

 
If you are having trouble repurchasing a plan after cancellation, please unassign the site from your plan and try to upgrade again.
To unassign a site: From the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans > under the relevant plan, click Unassign.
 
Note: Wix will never remove or destroy your site. If your premium plan was canceled, your site will return to the free version which includes the Wix ads and the free Wix URL (username.wix.com/sitename). You will still have full control over editing your site.

    Dear sir,

    I have locked my credit card and now my invoice show: "Invoice Number: 101918071 - Bad Debt". Now I want to repurchase and change my premium plan from Combo to Connect Domain, how could I do? I agree pay for last invoice, please help !

      Thanks for contacting Wix support.

      I can see that your premium plan has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to reinstate your premium features you just need to upgrade your site again.

       
      To upgrade your site, please go to My Sites > click Upgrade next to the site that you want to upgrade.
       
      You can find detailed information about our premium plans here.
       
      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

      Hi,

      I did it again and when I submit purchase with my credit card information, it shows "Your purchase cannot be completed. Please contact Customer Support for assistance". I have tried with my Master Card and American Express Card, the result is the same.

      The problem is "Bad Debt" status of my account, isn't it? Pls help, thanks !

      Hi,

       

      To change your credit card details for your premium plan:
       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.

      2. Go to My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing & Payment.

      3. Next to your plan, click Manage.

      4. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.

      5. From the Update Billing Details window that opens, update your credit card details. Click OK.
      Your credit card details have changed.

      It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.

      Note: You can use multiple credit cards for Premium Upgrades and change them at any time.

       

      Let us know when the change is made and we will charge your new card.

      I did it around 12.00 Noon Indian Standard Time. But still after 9 hours, it shows "MONEY NOT RECEIVED". Please let me know what shall I do? Is there any way to pay manually on your web site? Regards

      Hey,

      Unfortunately the transaction has been declined again. 

      The most likely reasons for your payment failing are:

      1. The payment was declined by your credit card provider.
      2. Your Credit Card number was invalid or expired.
      3. Insufficient Funds.

      Please check the reason for the failure with your bank/credit card company.

      My Credit card is as good as. There are no problems of insufficient funds or its number. It can be used for international transaction. I will again check with the State Bank today.

      In the mean time, I am removing this card and going to put another card from ICICI bank. Please check payment using this card. I can only request you to please bear with me because I want to solve this problem for ever. Best regards

      The transaction was declined and we are not able to give an exact reason for this due to the fact that the decision was made by the issuing bank with a very general error message. 

      This means that only you, as the customer, can contact them for an explanation since there could be a number of reasons for the decline.  
      Please note that without an inquiry being made to them, there is unfortunately not anything that we can do to assist you at this time.  
      Once we have complete details we will be able to understand the situation in it's entirety and be able to help you resolve the situation so that you may complete your purchase.

      When contacting the issuer of your credit card,  please let them know that you attempted to place the order and give them the exact date and approximate time this was done.  
      You will need to speak to them about this specific transaction not just the account or card in general.  
      Should the resulting answer be something that is within our control, please let us know by sharing those details with us and we will immediately look into the matter.

    I've tried to change our banking details as our premium package was cancelled (our card details have changed). I keep trying to upgrade again but it keeps saying that the transaction has been declined! Can anyone please help me with this??

    I love my site, however I do have a billing issue.  We are having issues with my bank and my debit card which should be resolved by May 1, 2014. I do not want to have to repurchase and will have the card straightened out on May 1. Will my site be canceled or do I have a few days grace period?

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw the monthly renewal was declined on: 2014-04-19 

      Your premium package will not be canceled during the next week.

      You can change your credit card number, billing name and billing address simply by entering Wix.com -> My Account -> Manage Premium -> Under Packages click on Manage -> Next to Payment method click on Update Payment Method.

    Quick question my monthly bill has returned unpaid, "transaction has failed". This is due to the card being cancelled because of damage and I'm awaiting a new card which the Bank says may take up to 10 working days. Will my account be affected while I'm awaiting the new card to update my payment info?

      Our automatic system is trying several times to charge your Credit Card.

       

      If it doesn't succeed, your package will be canceled, and you will need to purchase a new one with your new Credit Card.
