If you cancel your premium plan within the first 14 days you will receive a full refund. Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you cancel your premium plan after the first 14 days, you will not receive a refund.

 

To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

 

Note: The 14 day trial period is relevant for premium plans only. Domain names, mailboxes and apps are not refundable.

    If I decided to cancel, would I be able to get a refund of any kind?  If so, can you give me an idea of how much?  I believe I prepaid for 1 year at once.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Each premium plan purchase is guaranteed a full refund only within the 14 day trial period.

      If you cancel your upgrade after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
       
      (Please note that this policy includes Premium package purchases only - it does not include Wix domains, mailboxes, or apps which are a non-refundable purchases).
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

      To cancel your premium upgrade please follow the directions here.

      Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, it is likely that the transaction will be cancelled before the funds settled.

      If this is the case, instead of receiving a refund, the charge/s should simply drop away from your account.

    When I first signed up for the website service, I SPECIFICALLY turned auto renew OFF! Out of nowhere, I was charged again without my consent and found that auto renew was turned on AFTER I had initially turned it off. I would like a refund! I'm so upset!

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

       

      I have checked our records and wasn't able to find any action to turn off the auto-renewal of cancel the premium prior to July 23.

      Your premium will expire on August 20, and you will no longer be charged for the renewal of this cancelled service.

      Note that you still have an active service on your account for you domain name renewal. The auto-renewal for your domain name is currently set to "on".

    I had canceled my subscription and had turned off auto renew, and I was still charged $14.95 after it was supposed to have been canceled. May I please have this refunded and make sure I will not be charged again.

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you canceled all the premium planes however, you didn't cancel the domain auto renewal.

       

      Unfortunately Wix domain purchases are non-refundable once renewed.

      Domains purchased from Wix are renewed automatically when they reach the expiration date. You will receive a reminder email shortly before the renewal payment is due.

       

      If you do not want your domain to be automatically renewed, you will need to cancel your domain subscription manually.

       

      To turn off the auto renewal: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains > under Manage Premium, click Billing & Payment.

      Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.

    Hi,

    I was just billed (July 17th, 2014) for another year's renewal on my website. I do not want to keep the website for another year, and would like the $150 dollars refunded to my account. 
    I have already canceled my auto-renew payment for next year, can you please confirm for me that my money will be refunded?

    Im am Being Charged to My Paypal Account for A Wix Site That is Not Mine.I called Paypal Support They said  to Call Wix Support Because It was An Authorized Signature Payment . This Is The www.mirandafamilybullies.com and This is The Email for That Account Mirandafbullies@aol.com . Im not sure How Long Wix has Been Charging My Credit Card But I would Like A Refund .

    I was charged a full year subscriptions without any notifications by your side on 19 and 20 May 2014 for the renewal and domain.

    However I would like to keep the domain, pls advise how to go about it?

      Wix send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it. 

      If they cancel on time they are not charged. 
       
      I understand that somehow you missed this e-mail.
       
      To cancel your Wix upgrade, please follow the directions here.
      When you have cancelled, please contact us and we can issue the refund/void the invoice.
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.
