If you signed up for the Monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are charged automatically, on a monthly basis.

If you signed up for the Yearly plan, the contract length is one year and you will be charged automatically, once a year, for the entire year. Of course, the Yearly plan offers you extra savings!

 

Note: We currently do not offer the ability to make one time payments. If you wish to prevent your plan from renewing, simply make sure to cancel your it before the renewal date.

 

Currently, we accept the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

    pls i have tried to make payment while purchesing premium account but am always told "not enough found" so what is your dolla exchange rate for naira

      You will be charged in USD and your bank determines the exchange rate.

      Please contact your bank to find out why the upgrade attempts are being declined, and how you can resolve the issue.

    I am trying to connect my domain name and it looks like all the packages offered are charged annually.  I would prefer to pay by month.  Where can I do that?

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you purchased today: 23/7/2014 a monthly premium plan subscription.

      Have you managed to solve the issue?

       

      Currently, there are two billing plans for you to choose from:

      1. Monthly Billing: Choosing monthly billing means that you will be charged on a monthly basis, within three days of the date of your original purchase.
      2. Yearly Billing: Choosing yearly billing means that you will be charged on a yearly basis.

      You will be charged automatically for your plan, on a monthly or a yearly basis, until you cancel.

      Hi,

       

      You currently have a monthly combo premium plan.

      Please note that coupons are received usually in the first registration year.

      Since your premium plan was purchased two years ago you have no vouchers at the moment.

    I signed up for monthly.  Now my account is trying to bill me for the entire year.  I want to remain on a month-to-month payment system.  What can I do?

      I checked your account and noticed that your yearly plan has been cancelled. I voided the transaction, so our system will not attempt to charge you again.

    My domain name payment lapsed because I had to replace a stolen credit card and hadn't realized it was being used for the domain name. I have since updated my payment information under "manage subscriptions" but when I type in my domain name I'm still getting kicked back to the wix site. It is deeply, deeply frustrating, as is the byzantine process of trying to get a straight answer about this. Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on, how I can make a direct payment, and reclaim my domain name.

    Incidentally, the $14.95 payment has been deducted from my checking account and the account itself shows it "active" through 2015. Please explain.

      Your domain, bryrsmith.com, is payed for, active and connected to your Wix site. 


      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

    I paid for the Yearly Combo Package and had $99 charged to my credit card. Following that there was an additional $9.90 charge. What was the second charge for?

      The $9.90 charge is for your yearly domain including privacy. Note that you were only charged extra for the privacy as you used the free domain voucher.

    Hi,

    A payment on one of my packages was due June 5 2014 and there seems there was a shortage of funds in my account and the payment was rejected.  It now says payment incomplete and I have no idea how to resubmit payment as I have transferred money into that account.  How do I go about doing that?

      Hi,

      If you have sufficient funds in your account, simply update your credit card information and our system will automatically try to charge you. 

       

      You can change your credit card number, billing name and billing address simply by entering Wix.com -> click on My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > Billing & Payments > click Manage next to the relevant plan > Next to Payment method click on Update payment method.

      To view your invoice:

       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Go to My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing and Payment.
      3. From Billing and Payment, next to your plan, click Manage.
      4. Next to Invoices, click View invoices.
      5. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

       

      Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.

       

      Click Print to print your invoices.

      You can view your plan and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.

       

      To view your invoice:

       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Go to My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing and Payment.
      3. From Billing and Payment, next to your plan, click Manage.
      4. Next to Invoices, click View invoices.
      5. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

      Click Print to print your invoices.
