If you would like to delete your Free account, please add your details here.
 

If you have purchased a Premium plan and wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details in the link above.
To cancel your Premium plan, go to Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Billing & PaymentsManage > click Cancel payments next to Next payment.

      Hello,

       

      We can see that you have a Wix domain and a premium Wix site connected to it.

       

      To delete a site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Manage Site > on the right, under Handy Shortcuts, click Show More > click Delete Site.

       

      To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

      Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

       

      Please note:

      Once you have purchased a domain, you will not be able to edit, cancel or delete it. If you decide that you no longer wish to keep the domain that you purchased, you can change the auto renewal settings so that you will not be charged again after the subscription expires.

       

      To turn off the auto renewal: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payment.

      Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments > select No, I will renew the domain manually > click Save.

    I want my site taken down.  I think l I did cancel all payments.  How do I get someone ( a human) to talk to?

      you can always talk to me, I'm a human, I swear! ( A robot/computer would not have told you this ;-) ).

       

      To delete a site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, clickManage Site > on the right, under Handy Shortcuts, click Show More > click Delete Site.

       

      Note: Deleting a site does not cancel your premium plan or delete your account.

    Hi. 

    I purchased my domain atheneumlh.com with 2 gmail-based email via wix.

    I will like to cancel all of the accounts with immediate effect. 

    How can I do that?

    I have turned off the auto-renewal payment function though. 

    Please help!
