You can upgrade an existing plan at any time!

 

To upgrade an existing plan: Sign in to your Wix account > from the My Sites page, next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.


Note: Any remaining credit from your old plan will be deducted from the price of your new upgrade.

    I have a premium account of normal website, beside that I developed another website - shop in and i want to move my premium from the old site to the new website - shop. how can i do it?

      Hi,

      You can easily transfer a premium package to a different Wix site located under the same Wix account however, if you wish to activate the shopping cart you will need to upgrade your site to the Ecommerce premium package, as Wix shopping cart is an ecommerce feature.

       

      To move your premium status to another Wix site, simply click on Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Click on Transfer under Wix Site > choose the site you want the premium status to be transferred to.

       

      Please note that you will have to attach your domain to your updated site. You can do it via the Domain Manager when clicking on Subscriptions > Domains -> Click Manage next to your domain -> Click Change next to "Wix Site" and choose the relevant site.

    We want to upgrade or website with the same premium package and domain we had this last year. Now we can not choose premium unlimited when we are about to pay for the next year. The site says "Oops... This upgrade package can not apply. Please select another website or a different upgrade package". Why cant we choose the same package and pay the same amount for a yearly basis as we did last year? We dont need the e-commerse and that is the one the site wants us to choose.

    We already have payed for the next year for our domain.

      Hi,

       

      When you want to continue the same premium it is not an upgrade.

      Your premium plan is renewed automatically.

       

      If you signed up for a monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

       

      If you signed up for a yearly plan, you will be charged the full amount, on a yearly basis. Before the year is over, you will receive an Email reminder. As long as you do not cancel the plan, it will be renewed automatically for another year.

      Note: Your domain subscription, if applicable, is a separate subscription to your premium plan and will need to be renewed separately.

      Ok, thank you! But I suppose the problem is that we miss the reminder and didn´t have the money on our acount when the payment was done. We recieved an email about that. We have followed the steps described in that email, which is:

      "How to update your payment method:
      1.Go to the My Account Billing & Payment tab
      2.Choose the domain you need to update the payment from the list. 
      3.Click Manage 
      4.Under the Payment Method row, click Update Payment Method "

      but still the site do not accure and now money for the package have been billed from our account.

      In the email it also says: "Please note that your premium features will be removed if you do not update your payment details and access to your website via systerdynamit.com will no longer be possible".  

      How do we get our site back? since it doesnt work with the steps for "update payment method", described above. On My account under Billing and Payments it says that the account is active and that the next payment is 3 july 2014. How come? and why are we not able to do the payment now when we have money on our account?

      Hi again! Now the site seemes to be active at our domain. Have I understand this right if I think that €65,22 will be payed from my bank-account at 3 july 2014 to keep the website running as it is now? Or is it something more that need to be done?

      Hello,


      You paid $31.06 for an annual subscription for a private domain, and in July you will be charged 186.25 euro for the Unlimited upgrade (149 euro + 37.25 tax). You can cancel the renewal and purchase a different upgrade, such as the Combo, instead, if you wish.

    Hi, I already have a premium package that allows for now wix ads etc. Now I want to add E-commerce but it seems to be wanting to charge me for the entire package (removal of ads etc) all over again so I will have two premium subscriptions. Can I upgrade to e-commerce and cancel my existing premium package as not to double pay for services?

      You already have an Unlimited package.

      To upgrade you would need to select an eCommerce premium.

    If I purchased a yearly "Most Basic Plan", but halfway through the year, I wanted to upgrade it to a Combo Plan, will the fee be "pro-rated?"

    Example:

    Most Basic: $48.96 Annually

    Comb: $99 Annually

    If I requested the upgrade in the 6th month of the service, I will pay: ($99  -  $48.96) / 2 = $25.02
