Your premium plan/account will never expire. If you signed up for the Monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you will be charged automatically, on a monthly basis.
If you signed up for the Yearly plan, the contract length is one year and you will be charged automatically, once a year, for the entire year.

      All Wix services are on an auto-renewal basis and you can stop the auto-renewal at any time by cancelling the service.

    I'm confused about the payments and billing. I see that purchasing domains and packages are separate; however when you purchase a package, you get your domain free for one year.

    Does the payment go up after that first year when the "free domain" is up? I want to be sure I'm not getting any secret charges, or that if the price will go up, I'll be prepared to pay it.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      If you purchase a yearly Combo, Unlimited, or eCommerce plan, you will receive a voucher for a free domain for 1 year of service (the voucher does not cover the privacy option or extra years of service).

      The voucher is valid for the first year of service, however any renewal payments past one year will be at the regular price.

    How much does it cost for the domain name per year after the first year? Or does the domain stay included in the yearly fee?

      The domain yearly prices are:

      One Year: $14.95 (.biz domains are $15.95)
      Two Years: $27.90 (.biz domains are $29.90)
      Three Years: $38.85 (.biz domains are $41.85)

      Hi,

      For premium packages we offer monthly and yearly payment cycles, there is no 3 year option.

      For domain names you have the option of a yearly, 2yearly, or 3yearly payment cycle.

      We do not offer such cycled but unless you cancel your package it will get auto renewed.

    So I updated my account information and everything shows as updated. How do I know if I need to buy my package again or not? When will my site be back up ?

      Your domain appears to be defined correctly but you may need to wait up to 72 hours to see the change.

      If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.
      If you chose the Yearly agreement, you will get charged one time for the entire amount. At the moment we only accept the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  You can find more information here.

      Are you still having difficulties to load your live site?

      Please follow the steps below:

      1. Open your browser to a blank page. Close any Wix pages that are open.
      2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". You can find step-by-step instructions here.
      3. Restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.
