It may appear as though you have been charged twice if the first charge attempt was declined and resulted in an AVS mismatch. When a charge comes back as "failed", our system automatically attempts the charge again and a hold is placed on both charges. Only the successful charge will go through and the hold should fall away in a few business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I believe I paid for 2 years last year and yet I am being billed again this year.

      You have a 2 year subscription for your domain name which was renewed on July 13, however your Unlimited premium is on yearly payment cycle.

    ! upgraded my account to the annual account for $75.  I was billed for that amount and then you very nicely noticed I had paid for the month already so I was given a $10 discount.  So my actual creditor card charge was changed to $65.  Now my Visa bill comes and I see TWO charges of $75 and the other $65 charge.  Please refund this $150 mistake as soon as possible.  Thanks

      Thank you for contacting Wix support. The situation is that you purchased two premium plans - one was the upgrade for the monthly plan and one is a different premium plan which you used a coupon for, therefore you paid half the price of a regular plan.

      So, to sum this up, you have three different unlimited premium plans on your account.

      Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

    When i was trying to transfer my domain first time to Wix, i paid 251.92 AED on 21.06.2014 for 3 years domain registration and privacy. Unfortunately my transfer is denied and i had to change some settings on my previous host.

    Just few minutes ago i started to transfer my domain one more time and again i am charged the same amount of 251.92 AED for 3 years domain registration and privacy.


    When can i get the refund?

      Please note that you will be refunded for the payment that you made to initiate the transfer, if it fails. The refund will appear on your credit card statement within 20 business days.

    Hello Wix,

    I upgraded my package sometime ago, i did not want to auto renew, and did not choose the option to. I am not being charge and i wish to have a refund and to have the premium package cancelled.

      You were charged twice on May 25, however it wasn't a double charge.

      One payment was for your May renewal, and one payment was for your April renewal (Invoice 101996470) which was declined since 4/25/14, and approved only on 5/25/14.

      One payment was for your yearly Connect Domain premium, and the other payment was for your yearly Google Apps mailbox.Let us know if you have any more questions!

      I thought I signed up for the most basic yearly premium plan which is advertised on your website as £2.55 per month. How does that get to £36.72?

      I was also charged £12 for domain subscription. What is this? How is it different from a domain package, do I need it?

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you upgraded your site to the most basic premium package -  ' Connect domain ' .

      You purchased a yearly subscription which is: £2.55 * 12 =  £30.60  + Vat  £6.212 =  £36.72

      I can see you also purchased the domain name: cutting-hedge.biz.

      The price for one year domain is: £12 


      You can view your package and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.


      To view your invoice:


      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. From Billing and Payment, next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Invoices, click View.
      6. Click an invoice from the list to view it.


      Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.


      Click Print to print your invoices.

    I was charged 3 three times for domain transfer and I was told I would be reimbursed in a few days and its been a week and I have not been yet. What can I do!?

      Please note that you were automatically refunded for the domain contract because the transfer process has failed.
      Please allow up to 20 business days from the failure date for the refund to settle in your account.

      I couldn't see any double charge in your account - you've paid 14.95 for your domain and 15.95 for your monthly premium package - do you see anything different?

      I see you have two premium packages in your account, so you were charged for both.

      Did you not want both?


      Please note that both plans will be canceled on May 22, 2014.
      Make sure to update your billing plan if you do not want to cancel them.
