We decided to purchase the unlimited version. But we have a problem. I am contacting with you on behalf of an association in Turkey. And our laws don't allow us to have a credit card. Can we fix the problem by transferring the money via your Iban number? If possible, may I get the number?

hi wix, our organization is expecting some commissions and they have been delayed so we have to wait till next week so we can do our regular yearly payment it is possible to have such extension, thank you

Hello, we are an organization and we do not have a credit card at this moment. Is it possible to pay some other way? What are other non-credit card ways to purchase something(for example full membership)?

Does WIX have direct deposit capability? We are a not for profit club and as such do not have a credit card. we were previously using a members credit card which is unsatisfactory.

Hi Wix Team, I have just logged in & my payment is due 23/06/14 today, & it says incomplete, I have just checked & I have funds to cover it, so what shall I do. Cancel & take out a new monthly plan or can you try again, as do't want my site to go down. Kind Regards

My account was automatically charged for the yearly payment, but my credit card declined the transaction because they thought it was fraudulent activity. I've already resolved the issue with my credit card and they say that Wix needs to re-charge my card. I've re-entered my 'manage account' information in my Wix account page. It simply says 'active', but I don't know if it will be re-charged or if I need to speak with someone.
Please advise... Thank you...
