To update your payment details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support!

      Viewing your account I can see that the charge went through successfully. 

      To view your premium plan (or domain) invoices: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

      Next to the relevant plan (or domain), click Manage > next to Invoices, click View Invoices > click the invoice to open it > press Ctrl + P to print the invoice.

       

      Note: To save the invoice as a PDF file, after pressing Ctrl + P, next to Destination, click Change > select Save as PDF.

    hi when i overwrite the credit card details they wont save. when i press okay nothing happens. can u help?

      I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties. 

      Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
       

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

      Wix supports all major browsers (including IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari), and all of those browsers support the ability to export favorites and bookmarks to the newly installed browser.

    I have tried to update my credit card information, I need to delete a card and put in another. The box where I put in the number of the credit card is not available to be typed in. Therefore I cannot change my information.

      Hey Rosemary,

       

      Please note that the first entry in the update billing box is the card number. It should appear with XXXX-11111 (where 1111 stands for the last 4 digits of your previous card).

      Simply overwrite this data with your new card number.

      Hi,

       

      I can see that  your premium plan has been canceled, therefore you will not be charged anymore.

      Please note that it is not possible to fully delete the credit card information.

    my credit card has been compromised for the second time and I must change my credit card number to make sure the payment is deducted on time and I am having trouble updating all my information please call and walk me thru this process. I feel I am putting in everything correctly.

      You can reach us by telephone in a number of ways:
       
      1) You can select a time to speak to an agent based on our availability and call volume by visiting this link.

       In order to meet the needs of our rapidly growing Wix community and to continue to deliver the personal and professional service you've come to expect from us, we now offer a scheduled call back. Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared.
       
      2) You can also call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to have a callback automatically scheduled.  We will return the call to the number you called us from in the next available time slot, based on our availability and call volume.
       
      Please note that our call center is located in San Francisco, and is open from 6am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.  
       
      Call slots on the scheduler will be shown in your local time, based on the clock of the computer you are using to schedule the call.
       

      To change your credit card details for your premium plan:
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Sites.
      3. From the top of the page, hover over the user panel and click Billing and Payment.
      4. Under Package Subscriptions, next to the relevant plan, click Manage.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. From the Update Billing Details window that opens, update your credit card details. Click OK.

      Your credit card details have changed.

      It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.
      Note: You can use multiple credit cards for Premium Upgrades and change them at any time.

      To update the payment details for your domain name.
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Sites.
      3. From the top of the page, hover over the user panel and click Billing and Payment.
      4. Under Domain Subscriptions, next to the relevant domain name, click Manage.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. Please select an alternate card from the drop down box, or add a new one by clicking Use a New Card.
      7. Click Submit, then click Done.

      Wix currently accepts payment by credit card or debit card.
       
      The credit cards we accept at the moment are:
       
      VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.
       
      The debit cards we accept at the moment are:
       
      Visa & MasterCard.

    received an email about updating my contact information as required by law. I have been on the site for about 45 minutes trying to follow the requested steps with no success. I have been denied a phone call saying my phone number isn't verified (after receiving the phone call verifying my number!) and am extremely frustrated.

      Where exactly along the way did you experience an issue with updating your details? What exactly had occurred? 

      Also, please specify which exact email are you referring to.

    Cannot update my credit card number

    I have a Premium account which needs to be renewed. When I go to Manage my Account, the old credit card number is displayed - and greyed out. I cannot delete it or add a new credit card number.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I am trying to to update my credit card information. I enter the credit card number and information then click ok but nothing happens it just goes back to the same screen.
