Wix is unable to change the details on your existing invoices, however you can change the information that will appear on your future invoices by updating your credit card details, with the new information.

 

To update your credit card details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

 

Note: If you would like to add or edit your European VAT ID, you can do so in the Update Billing Details window. These changes will be reflected in future invoices.

    I need to have wix company details on invoice ( I mean adress for example). Is  it possible to have it?

      Hi Agnieszka,

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Please note that Wix's address is displayed at the end of each invoice. Shown in the screenshot below:

      To view your premium plan (or domain) invoices: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

      Next to the relevant plan (or domain), click Manage > next to Invoices, click View Invoices > click the invoice to open it > press Ctrl + P to print the invoice.

       

      Note: To save the invoice as a PDF file, after pressing Ctrl + P, next to Destination, click Change > select Save as PDF.

       

      For more billing information, click here.

    Your invoices dont show details of the web site it is for.  I have 2 web sites, 2 invoices, but both invoices are identical.

    I need more detail.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a specific site information to the Invoice.

      Is this packages associated with different companies?

      As you can update the company name within the invoice.

    Invoice details chnage

    Is it possible to change the name, business name and address on the invoice as i need to submit them to a company every month.

    Wrong billing info

    Hi

    I inserted my billing info and the wrong details was used on the voice.

    I need it updated/corrected for my companies auditing. Please let me know this is done or what needs to be done to correct this.

      I need that business customers have a login to my shop since they have different prices than other customers. They also only need a bill they should therefore not pay in checkout they have 8-day payment period. Is it a possibility to set up the site so? and how?

      Hey,

       

      You could create a member's area with a product gallery showing a different collection, with the same product but different prices. As for the 8-day payment period, unfortunately this cannot be configured through Wix.

    Hi,

    I'm working in many companies and need to change the invoices's details all the time

    I put a new credit card but it didn't let me chage the name!

    The whole Invoice is wrong!

    The invoice no. is 75589960

    The correct details are:

    Compny: Pesek-Zman

    Name: Tomer Eisenstein 


    HaHarash 11 Ramat HaSharon, Israel

    Please change it!

    And why can't I  put those details alone?

      ' Changing information displayed on the invoice '

      Please fill the form and submit it.
      Please note the changes may take up to 20 business days to reflect in your invoice statements.
