    I cancelled my premium account and keep getting emails asking me to pay for next year.    Why is this occurring?

      Hi,

      Please note that purchasing an email mailbox and a plan are two separate payments, therefore you will need to cancel them separately.  

       

      If you have more than one Email address associated with your domain name, please note that it is not possible to cancel any of these these mailboxes without cancelling your Google Apps account. When you cancel your Email subscription, all the mailboxes associated with your domain name will be cancelled.
       

      Important: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.
       

      To cancel your mailbox subscription, please follow the directions here.
       

      If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted 1 month before the anniversary of your purchase. You will need to cancel before this in order to prevent the auto-renewal payment.

    How strange that I paid for a YEAR in Dec 2013 & I am being billed again & MY WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY DOWN!!! Wix team keeps writing me saying that my card can't be billed, BUT they already took $174.10 Dec 2013 SO why is WIX attempting to BILL me again 4 months later???  I am completely CONFUSED!!!!!  I am tree of going in circles with the WIX team whom never answers my question or puts my site back up live!!!!!!!!!!  What is going on?????????????  I will be contacting my CC company if WIX does not fix this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How many times a year does WIX bill after I already PAID in FULL FOR YEAR?  The nerve to take my site down & It's been PAID!!!!!!!!!  WHATS GOING ON??????????????

      Nobody at WIX should be attempting to recharge my card at all until Dec 2014...SO why are you trying to & why am I being charged again????????

    I just switched the credit card information on our organizations accounts from our web designer's accounts.  Problem is, I'm unable to determine whether the most recent payment came from his account or ours.   Can someone contact me about this and let me know how I can produce a statement for our records of the amount that was billed?\

      You can access and print your package and domain invoices at anytime via My Account!

      1. Click Billing and Payment tab next to Manage Premium and then click Manage > under Invoices, click View.
      2. Check invoices you wish to view (or print)
      3. Click OK
      Note: Invoices will open in a new browser tab/window

    I signed up for the Combo package which I was under the impression came with the email account included. Yet I am being billed for 2 lots of $19.08 each month, is this right? If so can you explain it to me please.

    An amount was taken from my credit card yesterday, can you tell me what it was for? 

    It was not my renewal, that was taken today.

      Hi Mariska,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      On April 12th you were charged for the domain renewal and on the following day you were charged for the renewal of the premium plan.

      Please let us know should you require further information.

    Our credit card was compromised recently and our web site was canceled...how do I give you a new credit card number and reinstate the website?

      Hi,

      If your premium package was canceled, you will not be able to update credit card details.

      In this case you will simply need to repurchase a new premium package.

    Hello Wix, are there other possible payment methods than through credit card? My client has no credit card, but has a registered agency at the Chamber of Commerce and could pay via invoice.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, we currently accept only credit card payment.

      Wix accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

    I paid for my domain on the yearly payment plan...why am I being charged an extra one month fee of £24 on top of the yearly fee that was paid off?

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you purchased a two year domain subscription.

      You have been charged: £24  for the domain purchase and for a domain privacy .

      On total: one year domain free + second year domain 14.95 + privacy 9.90 = 24.85

      Please note: After you purchase your Wix Premium yearly package (Combo, Unlimited, eCommerce or FB Unlimited), simply go to "My Account" -> "Manage Premium" -> "Vouchers and click on the voucher link next to your package under "Free Domain".

       

      Click here for detailed instructions about how to claim your Wix domain. When claiming your free Wix domain, simply follow the steps in this link to purchase a domain. In the purchase screen, you will see an option that lets you choose your free domain gift. You will see the discount applied to your total before you complete your purchase.

       

      Please keep in mind: You can redeem the free domain voucher and connect a second domain to your Wix site.

    I already have a domain name so I need to follow the steps like discribed. Than I come to a payment of 9.90 euro/year, do I still need to upgrade to a premium account than? i

      Hi,

      Yes, connecting a domain is a premium feature therefor you will need to upgrade your site to a premium package.

      To connect your site to a domain please visit our Domain Portal or view the video below. The connection may take up to 72 hours to take effect.

      Thank you for you information. 
      If I upgrade to premium, it includes a domain for free so I don't have to connect my own domain anymore (9.90 euro), is this right? Do I have than also a personal e-mail included?

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, you will not be able to use Wix free voucher in order to connect your own domain.

      It is not possible to redeem the voucher for existing domain, only purchase a new domain.

      Wix promotions do not include mail service.

      You can find details about promotions here.
       

      After you purchase your Wix premium yearly package ("Combo", "Unlimited" or "eCommerce") , you will be able to find your voucher in My Account > Manage Premium > Vouchers.

      (Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase an eligible package. Please note that your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers tab after 48 hours.)
