    Hi,

    I've cancelled my credit card and have recently updated the payment method and the card information with a new one. Seeing as I did this a little late, my Google Apps mailbox has been suspended. I would appreciate it if access to the emails are sorted out soonest.

    I've also contacted Google and they have put out a case on it. Could someone please help.

      I see that the payment was made successfully yesterday, and the status of your mailboxes has changed from suspended back to active.

    Hello, i would like to know how and when do i get the free gift voucher of 125$ ? after i purchase the package do i need to pay for something else to get the voucher ? and how do i use it thx

      You will receive the vouchers from Wix if you have upgraded to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce.

       

      To access your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.
       

      Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.

       

      Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw the renewal of the domain: navicart.net was declined.

      In order to activate the domain, please update the credit card details.

      You can change your credit card number, billing name and billing address simply by entering Wix.com -> click on My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > Billing & Payments > click Manage next to the relevant plan > Next to Payment method click on Update payment method.

    I have a new credit card but I forget to renew the card information and so the Google Apps mailbox has been suspended. I login and update the card information now, is that the payment will process again (I see the next payment date is 2015) and the Google Apps mailbox will resume? Thanks!

    hi I just have a question before I buy anything. I would like to know how much will it be after the first year if I purchased the premium package or the combo package? I know about the domain charge after the first year. I just need more info about the packages after the first year.

      If you purchased your Wix premium during a sale and enjoyed a discounted price for your first year, this price applies to the first year only, and all subsequent renewals will be at the regular yearly rate.

    I have been charged two payments twice, the first time the site and domain, but three days later I've benn charged again for the same!.. why?

      Hi

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you have been changed twice but for two different services.

      You have been changed for purchasing a ' Combo ' premium package and another change for purchasing the domain name.

       

      You can view your plan and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.

       

      To view your invoice:

       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Go to My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing and Payment.
      3. From Billing and Payment, next to your plan, click Manage.
      4. Next to Invoices, click View invoices.
      5. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

       

      Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.

       

      Click Print to print your invoices.

      Hi Josi,

      The payment of £21 for your .co.uk domain name is for 2 years of service, and is charged every 2 years.

      For .co.uk names there is no yearly subscription option due to restrictions placed by the registrar. The shortest payment cycle is 2 years.
