You can view your package and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.


To view your invoice:


1. Sign into Wix.com.
2. Click My Account.
3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
4. From Billing and Payment, next to your package, click Manage.
5. Next to Invoices, click View.
6. Click an invoice from the list to view it.


Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.


Click Print to print your invoices.

    I am trying to view/print invoice.  Went to billing and it told me to download new Google Chrome.  I did so, but still unable to view.  Keeps telling me to download newest Google Chrome.

    I want to purchase a Premium account plus all the apps I made use to the site. However, I cannot make payment any of the card that was available. Is there other way I could make the payment? is it possible to send a check for payment? Also, could you please send me an Invoice of all the payments that I have to make. Thanks

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      At the moment we accept the following payment methods:
      VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners. You can find more information here.
      Please note: If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month. If you chose the Yearly agreement, you will be charged one time for the entire amount.

      Regarding the invoices, you can find them all under the billing and payment "tab" as explained in the "best reply" above.

      Please let us know should you require further assistance.

      Well it seems that I cannot view the invoice without the premium plan. How am I supposed to know how much I'm going to need for the payment? I'm looking for an official invoice here for bookkeeping purposes.

      I also find it amusing how the wix supported offline payments on the customer's wix online store but unable to support offline payments for themselves.

      The only way to upgrade a site and make it premium is by using a credit card to purchase a hosting plan while logged into your account. A credit card is the only form of payment we can accept and we do not issue invoices prior to payment.

    There´s been withdrawn money from my account to Wix Pli at $ 186.25. 25th November 2013, but I can not find any receipt for that amount. 

    The credit card number are connected to www.touevent.com

    Is there anyone who can help me?

      You were charged $186.25 for your unlimited yearly renewal payment.

      To view your invoice:


      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. From Billing and Payment, scroll down to the last plan (, click Manage.
      5. Next to Invoices, click View.
      6. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

    Can you please send me an invoice I am trying to follow the process that you stated about getting my invoice however when i get to the part that states to click on the manage tab next to your package i donot see a package or manage tab unless it is on a totally different page.

    You may want to make this more user friendly for the non technical people.

      Please note that the account you're currently contacting us from has no sites or any purchases made under it. For this reason you cannot see these tabs, as their not present under free accounts. 


      Please make sure you're logged in with the correct, i.e registered email address for the account you've created sites under and have purchases under.

    i dont find the invoice


    Please could you send me an invoice about the payment made in december 11th, 18,71€; The normal amount shoud be 14,90. 

    This invoice is sot available in my wix account.

      Unfortunately, I couldn't locate your Wix premium account.

      Please send the URL address of your Wix site.

      Also, please make sore you login to your Wix premium account in order to view the invoice.

    i notice reading these posts i am not the only one. you send me a renewal notice without telling me what the costs are going to be. I, as well, followed the directions and could not get access to the new costs were going to be deducted. 

    how is it that wix has as standard procedure/protocol to not let the consumer know what the new renewal prices or new fees are going to be. The great irony is the brand of wix is making user-friendly sites and your wix site for billing/payments is not. because nothing was shown/blank or unable to get to the access. 

    solution. please visit how the car renewal tags are done. one can go on the website, log in, and instantly know what you owe, then you pay it. car insurance website is the same, you log it, and there is an easy page of what you owe. i don't jump through loops or hurdles to find it. and even using your direction, it didn't work, and i can read, i was not the only customer having this problem. This is technical issue on your end, make it user friendly so customers know exactly what the costs and fees are (in case there are any new changes) I could not get access to this information and this is why I am angry about it. 

    FIX IT!!!!!!!
