Can you please send me an invoice I am trying to follow the process that you stated about getting my invoice however when i get to the part that states to click on the manage tab next to your package i donot see a package or manage tab unless it is on a totally different page.
You may want to make this more user friendly for the non technical people.

i notice reading these posts i am not the only one. you send me a renewal notice without telling me what the costs are going to be. I, as well, followed the directions and could not get access to the new costs were going to be deducted.
how is it that wix has as standard procedure/protocol to not let the consumer know what the new renewal prices or new fees are going to be. The great irony is the brand of wix is making user-friendly sites and your wix site for billing/payments is not. because nothing was shown/blank or unable to get to the access.
solution. please visit how the car renewal tags are done. one can go on the website, log in, and instantly know what you owe, then you pay it. car insurance website is the same, you log it, and there is an easy page of what you owe. i don't jump through loops or hurdles to find it. and even using your direction, it didn't work, and i can read, i was not the only customer having this problem. This is technical issue on your end, make it user friendly so customers know exactly what the costs and fees are (in case there are any new changes) I could not get access to this information and this is why I am angry about it.

You can access and print your package and domain invoices at anytime via My Account!1. Click Billing and Payment tab next to Manage Premium and then click Manage > under Invoices, click View.2. Hello, I'm trying to view my invoices. When I do so, a message appears, saying:
"Choose an Invoice - Note: Invoice will open in a new browser window".
But nothing happens and can't view the invoice. I have also enabled pop-ups on my browser just in case. So, what do I need to do to view my invoice?

I had an email on 25/05/13 telling me that
In just four weeks your domain name gymnastband.com will renew automatically to ensure continuity of your website.
If your billing information is up to date there's no need to do anything but continue enjoying your domain name.
In My Account > Billing and Payment I have 'Package Subscriptions' (I have one - Combo, yearly, active, next payment June 17th 2013) and 'Domain Subscriptions' (I have one - yearly, active, registration date June 17th 2012, last payment N/A). These both have a blue link by them saying 'Manage', which takes me to 'Package Summary' and 'Domain Summary' respectively. On the summary pages, the 'Invoices' line has a blue link saying 'View'. When I click this in the 'Package Summary' page I only see my invoice dated 17th June 2012. When I click it in the 'Domain Summary' page there are no invoices.
I would like to know when my new invoice(s) will appear (I'm not sure whether I will receive a separate invoice for the domain?), or whether there is some other way to see how much money in total is about to be withdrawn from my account. At the moment I am not entirely clear on whether the price of the package will change from last year or stay the same, and on whether there are any separate charges for domain renewal on top of package renewal.
