I need to change the information on my invoices - but where you tell me to complete the form below - there is NO FORM!! I have tried various different links from this thread and they all lead to NOWHERE!!
Please provide the real link to the form ASAP!!

I really need to change my invoices details, i submitted the change 3 weeks ago and all my invoices still with the old information. could you please help me.

I'd like you to check with my application of change on invoice 20222306 - July 20, 2013 please.
I've upgraded my client's website to combo with my personal credit card and applied for invoice info change for my client's reimbursement need on the same day. But I haven't seen any change occurred on the invoice viewing page after even 35 business days.
I notice that you have fixed a previous problem of the form's visibility -- I could see the form when I was using IE 10.0.9200.16635 instead of using Chrome 29.0.1547.66 -- perhaps you could check if this bug-fix has influenced some previous ongoing invoice change applications like mine.
I've also filled the form and submitted it again today in case you could handle my new application first and then check the potential defects brought by the bug-fix.
Thank you for your help with this matter.

THERE IS NO FORM I CAN SEE TO FILL OUT
SO I WANT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS CHANGED SO I NEED THE FORM SO MAYBE IF YOU EMAIL ME LIKE NORMAL BUSINESS THAT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND WIX TO ANYONE AS I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please tell me you are kidding that it takes TWENTY days to update a billing address? I need to update my credit card info and it seems in order for that to work I need to update my billing address -- no? Because I am trying to update my credit card, but it's not working and I am 100% sure the card is valid. Therefor I am trying everything to figure out how to simply update my mailing/billing address with absolutely zero luck. Please help. I was with hostbaby for over 10 years and took a HUGE leap of faith leaving them for you. Please help me. I do not want my websites to get shut off. I am trying to pay for them now...

The form in order to change the address of the invoice seems not to be working. Can you please get in touch with me and update the details ?

My client does not want to have her information shared on a public thread. Is there a direct number or email that I can use to update her information. She needs to change the credit card info on her account.

WIX Hey, I thought that when my customers paid for their websites with their own credit cards so it was dedicated invoice to each customer. Now I see that all invoices will go to the first customer I created. It is wrong for the individual client, what can I do to fix it? Can Wix arrange this for me? I have tried without success, I'm a bit desperate if the individual client does not receive the correct invoice from you.
Here is information on each of the clients I've already placed on WIX:
• Jostein Aalmo
• Skiltsystemer AS
Nardoveien 16 B
• Trond Bergfall
I have made sure that each client has paid with his own credit card. I am attaching screen shot of the three current that must be corrected.
I have not yet managed to create dedicated layouts in Wix for every customer I make web pages. Today is for example all pictures for all customers under the same login for me. This means that the clients I work with can not publish their own updates, but must be done by me. It was not intended from the beginning, how do I fix it? How can I add your own separate setup for each customer in retrospect? Thanks for reply.
