Wix is unable to change the details on your existing invoices, however you can change the information that will appear on your future invoices by updating your credit card details, with the new information.

 

To update your credit card details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

 

Note: If you would like to add or edit your European VAT ID, you can do so in the Update Billing Details window. These changes will be reflected in future invoices.

    I need to change the information on my invoices  - but where you tell me to complete the form below - there is NO FORM!!  I have tried various different links from this thread and they all lead to NOWHERE!!

    Please provide the real  link to the form ASAP!!

    Hi Wix Billing Team,

    I'd like you to check with my application of change on invoice 20222306 - July 20, 2013 please.

    I've upgraded my client's website to combo with my personal credit card and applied for invoice info change for my client's reimbursement need on the same day. But I haven't seen any change occurred on the invoice viewing page after even 35 business days.

    I notice that you have fixed a previous problem of the form's visibility -- I could see the form when I was using IE 10.0.9200.16635 instead of using Chrome 29.0.1547.66 -- perhaps you could check if this bug-fix has influenced some previous ongoing invoice change applications like mine.

    I've also filled the form and submitted it again today in case you could handle my new application first and then check the potential defects brought by the bug-fix.

      I was unable to locate a previous change-in-transaction request from your account. Did you submit the form located in the Best Reply? 

      Please enter your info in the form located in the thread's Best Reply. After submitting the form, please allow up to 20 business days for the changes to appear in your invoice.

      Hi Tom,

      Of course I've submitted the [Wix Invoice Changes] form located in the "Chosen as best reply by Wix team" of this thread firstly on July 20 using IE 10.0.9200.16635 then yesterday using Chrome 29.0.1547.66. And I've submitted it the third time just now with the same response [Your response has been recorded.]

      But how can I wait another 20 business days for the result of any recent submission you even can't locate in the database? Do I have to directly write the update info here finally?..

      Hi,

      Unfortunately we're unable to change the first and last name fields as they must reflect the name of the credit card holder.

      I've changed the address as per your request and added the company name.

    i am getting so frustrated with you people you jsut send me the same notice 

    THERE IS NO FORM I CAN SEE TO FILL OUT 

    SO I WANT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS CHANGED SO I NEED THE FORM SO MAYBE IF YOU EMAIL ME LIKE NORMAL BUSINESS THAT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND WIX TO ANYONE AS I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Please tell me you are kidding that it takes TWENTY days to update a billing address? I need to update my credit card info and it seems in order for that to work I need to update my billing address -- no? Because I am trying to update my credit card, but it's not working and I am 100% sure the card is valid. Therefor I am trying everything to figure out how to simply update my mailing/billing address with absolutely zero luck. Please help. I was with hostbaby for over 10 years and took a HUGE leap of faith leaving them for you. Please help me. I do not want my websites to get shut off. I am trying to pay for them now...

      Thanks for your response.

      Since I spoke with Holly, I also spoke with another gentlemen. Also, I tried another card (w/ my other address not yet updated) and it not only said 'incomplete payment', but I just saw that it charged only $1 on my card... Very strange. Could you please make a note in my account so whomever is dealing with it in the next days has all the latest info? Thanks so much.

      Hi christeneledoux,

       

      Thanks for keeping us updated. 

      Regarding the $1 charge: When entering a credit card to our system, we automatically create a small authorization hold in your account (eg $1), to verify that your credit card is valid and that we can charge it when time comes to renew the subscription.
       
      This is only an authorization hold and it will disappear from your account within a few days.
       
      This is simply our way of checking that their credit card is valid (e.g. approved for online transactions, approved for international transactions, etc.)

       

      As mentioned by Ayal, one of our representatives from the Call Center will contact you very soon.

      Thanks for the response.

      I am still patiently waiting for a reply from your team via email as promised. My acct. still says incomplete payment and the $1 was taken out. Both cards I have tried are valid (100%) so this is not on my end. I would like to complete my payments so I can move on with my life for the time being. This is stressing me out.

      Please add your credit card to your Combo premium again.

      To change your credit card details for your premium package:
      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Payment method, click Update Payment Method.
      6. From the Update Billing Details window that opens, update your credit card details. Click OK.
      Your credit card details have changed.
      It is important to enter the credit card number without any spaces.
      Note: You can use multiple credit cards for Premium Upgrades and change them at any time.

    WIX Hey, I thought that when my customers paid for their websites with their own credit cards so it was dedicated invoice to each customer. Now I see that all invoices will go to the first customer I created. It is wrong for the individual client, what can I do to fix it? Can Wix arrange this for me? I have tried without success, I'm a bit desperate if the individual client does not receive the correct invoice from you.

    I have made ​​sure that each client has paid with his own credit card. I am attaching screen shot of the three current that must be corrected.

     

    I have not yet managed to create dedicated layouts in Wix for every customer I make web pages. Today is for example all pictures for all customers under the same login for me. This means that the clients I work with can not publish their own updates, but must be done by me. It was not intended from the beginning, how do I fix it? How can I add your own separate setup for each customer in retrospect? Thanks for reply.

      The answer I got from our accountant is that  since you still belong to our senior users who are using our previous billing provider, we don't charge you for VAT and therefore we don't have a VAT ID.

      no what my accountant has asked for is for your tax reference number to be stated on the invoice - it does not have to be the VAT number but a tax reference (that you use with the tax/vat office) as invoices are not valid in spain unless the tax or vat number is stated on the invoice - thanks for your help :)

      Thank you but my original question was could you add this to the invoice? I need your VAT ID printed on the invoice - could you arrange this for me please? Also when will I receive the invoice?

      I have spoken to my accountant here - they say that what they need is a tax reference number for yourselves - or a fiscal number that can be recognized for tax - basically we need a tax reference (it does not need to be a VAT one) on the invoice - for the invoice to be valid in Spain
