Google Apps Email purchases are non-refundable.

    As a customer about to purchase my second website with you I have not been able to link my initial google-apps emails address with outlook making it a useless purchase. Now after reading these threads clearly I can't recieve a refund within the 14 days limit (the only refund policy clearly stated on the website). No-where on the website can I find the google-apps refund policy you refer to NOR is it stated in the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing, it simply says refer to the website. Whilst the website I have is very good you do not seem to be looking after your customers interest, just more interested in the large commissions you'll be making from google-apps purchases.

    Hello, I canceled my package for which I have received a full refund. However please can you tell me why you will not refund my mailbox subscription at £36.72. The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. As I cancelled well within seven days of my order I am therefore entitled to a refund. Kind regards Amanda

    Accessing Wix.com purchased email acct . . .

    I have struggled for 2 weeks with this issue speaking to Godaddy and finally able to get support from wix via an email and STILL can not set-up, let alone access, the purchased email so I would like a refund for the email I purchased from wix.com.

    I have since created a way around the problem WITHOUT having to use the purchased email so I would like my $47+ dollars back.

      I am sorry you have trouble accessing your email account. As you can see from the above Best Reply, Google Apps Email purchases are not refundable.

    Thanks Omer, but no dice.

    Instead I would like WIX to refund the cost of the two email accounts I purchased. I decided to use an NZ provider because I need the support.

    Hey Steve,

     

    I checked your account and i can see that the mailbox was already created. Which is why you no longer see the setup link and instead see a manage link.

     

    Try using the go to inbox/control panel links and log in with that user and see if you remember the password that was set up.

    we have only just signed up for our email addresses (30 March 2014) but to find out they belong to gmail and have to use them through google gmail 

    We are not able to do this for our Business please can this refund be arranged we have not owned it for more than 8 hours

    We hope you can fix this as soon as possible

      Unfortunately, Google Apps Email purchases are non-refundable.

      When you no longer want to continue with your Google Apps Mailbox service, you just need to cancel to stop any further charges.

      You can find cancellation directions here.

       

      Please note: If you cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, it is likely that the transaction was cancelled before the funds settled. If this is the case, instead of receiving a refund, the original charge(s) will drop away from your account within ten business days.

     I just purchased 3 email accounts yesterday but my boss asked me to cancel them this morning.

    So I was reading the Refund policy and was happy that I may get refunded in the first 14 days, but when I extended my reading and I found out that purchasing email accounts are non-refundable, but this policy was not included in your Refund policy nor Customer Agreement.

      As in our Terms of Use (section 13):

      YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CERTAIN SERVICES PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING PURCHASE OF APPLICATIONS) MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE TERMS OF EACH PURCHASED SERVICE OR APPLICATION ARE INDICATED IN THE WEBSITE AND/OR AS PART OF OR DURING THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING SUCH SERVICES OR APPLICATION. IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO VERIFY YOUR ABILITY TO CANCEL A SERVICE PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY CHARGED SERVICE. WIX WILL NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNTS PAID FOR NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGED SERVICES.​

       

      Unfortunately, Emails are such a service, and mailboxes purchased through Wix are non-refundable. Your email will stay valid until its expiry. To cancel it and prevent it from renewing, follow the instructions here

      But these terms of use were not listed at the check out page when purchasing the email accounts. There was only the Refund policy and Customer agreement, which means I was not notified that what I was about to purchase was non-refundable at the check out procedure. The term of use was released at the time we signed up at wix as an user, but I really think that not having this term of use or another thing to let your customers know that what they were about to purchase was non-refundable at the check-out page is not being fully responsible. Please provide me with a better solution. Thank you.

      I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but unfortunately we cannot refund you for a mailbox purchase.

      Please note that Wix is a re-seller of Google's mail boxes, and the policy was made by Google.

      Again, I'm deeply sorry for the misunderstanding.

      Can  you please let us know what you are referring to please as at the moment you cannot get a refund with google apps.
