To cancel your Google Apps email account: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > under Manage Premium, click Billing & Payments > under Mailbox Subscriptions, next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage.

Next to Next Payment, click Cancel > follow the steps provided.

 

Note: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

    Hi There, I would like to access my email independently of Wix. I know google apps is free.. how can I do that?

    I recently signed up with google apps email thru WIX and cancelled immediately because I did not like it, did not understand all the set up requirements and found the video tutorials to be outdated.

    The end result being that my MX records need to be redirected to my domain host and email provider.

    The MX records are as follows:

    The instruction provided leads to deleting my full mailboxes from my domain, since their invoices are collapsed into one. I do not have an option to only remove one individual mailbox and keep the other one!

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

      Please go to the Google control panel and delete the mailboxes that you no longer wish to continue with. 
      To do this you need to go to your Manage Premium->click on the Mailbox tab->Next to the Email account click on Manage ->Go to Google Control Panel ->After you have entered your username and password, Click on Users- >Click on the user that you wish to delete >And on the top right side click on Delete User.
      Once you have successfully completed these steps, please contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments on our billing system so that going forward you will only be billed for one of the mailboxes.

    remove a mail account

    I would like to remove one of the two mail accounts associated with my domain.

    I have two mail accounts associated with my domain all of which, including the domain, have been purchased through Wix (offered through Google). My mail account fees are each and separately charged on a monthly basis. I only need to use one of my mail accounts (aghili@) and need to remove the other mail account (business@) from my account.

    How can I remove ONLY of the mail accounts?

    Hi Support

    I purchased an annual email package 2 days ago for my wix website . . . Total mix up !!!!   What I meant to do was purchase the Premium Package . . .  Can you please refund / cancel this email address : bridalhairandmakeuprome.com and transfer the funds to the Premium Package for me please ?

    I recently purchase and email account to support the main business email account however unknown to me this meant all the MX records changed and rendered my main account unable to receive emails! NOT GOOD. I immediately cancelled my payment but that'll take 1 year to take effect ?!?!

    Wix isn't very supportive of it's UK customers and I had to wait 2 working days and finally took a call, Friday evening circa 8:30pm, to resolve the issue. The Wix support were helpful and processed the refund and promised that the account would be cancelled and that the norm will be resumed but it could take up to 24 hours.

    Its now 6 days later and still no emails! As I'm sure you can understand this is unacceptable. As far as I can see the account is still active and nothing has been done. I need this resolved immediately.

      Hey, 

      I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Are you referring to your liquiproof.co.uk domain? 

      Please check with your email host that all the MX records within the Domain manager are correct and also ask them if any additional records should be added.

    Hi I have 2 email accounts and I'd like to cancel just one of them. When I go into your Premium Account feature it only lets me cancel All email accounts/addresses.  Can you please advise asap how I can cancel one email account please.  It's on a monthly plan by the way.

    Hi....

    I have 2 email boxes one is info@ but I dont know the other one..... can you please advice my other email address so I can start using as I have not used since purchase.

      Hey,

       

      Please note that you've only set up one of the mailboxes you purchased. 

      To set up your additional mailbox please follow these steps:

      1. From Wix.com, click "My Account".
      2. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click "Mail Boxes".
      3. From the Mail Boxes tab, next to the relevant domain name, under Mail Options, click "Manage".
      4. From Mail Boxes Summary, under Options, click "Go to Google control panel" and sign into your account.
      5. From the Google control panel, click "Users".
      6. From Users, click the "add user" icon to create a new user.

      You will be able to set up your new mailboxes directly from this section of Google's Control Panel.

    Good Evening,

    I tried several times to cancel my 2 email accounta as no longer needed. I also sent an email to the support team which was unanswered. Wix has no complaint procedure that I am aware. When click onto the email account and go to " cancel payments" a window opens up and there is a box to tick. Once I tick this box there is nowhere to confirm cancellation or click ok for the cancellation to take place.

    I spent far to long on this now. I need you to cancel both my accounts and respond to this thread in a private support email.

    A very dissatisfied WIX customer.

      Hi,

      If you have more than one email address associated with your domain name, please note that it is not possible to cancel any of these mailboxes without cancelling your Google Apps account. When you cancel your email subscription, all of the mailboxes associated with your domain name will be cancelled.

      Important: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the email account will be cancelled and all data in the email account will be deleted with no option for retrieval or restoration of the data.

      To cancel your mailbox subscription, please follow the instructions here.

      If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted one month before the anniversary of your purchase. You will need to cancel before this in order to prevent the auto-renewal payment.
