To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

 

Note: Canceling your Wix premium plan will not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix. You can cancel your domain, app, or mailbox subscription via the Billing & Payment tab, under Manage Premium.

    Need Help!!! 

    I accidentally cancelled my 1 Year Combo package last 7 hours December 5 2013 to December 5 2014. I just click, cancel renewal but its totally cancel my package.. i want it back too.. HELP ME!!!

      Hey fungsfurniture, 

       

      If you cancel your package within the 14 days of trial, it is immediately cancelled, and you will receive a full refund within 20 days. 

      If you would like to retain your package, you will need to purchase a new one.

      if im going to purchase a package again, it will not double my payment? i mean the first one that i  accidentally cancel my package is totally it will full refund within 20 days? and what about my free domain, still working until now? when i purchased 1 year combo package and it will double my free domain? or im going to pay the first free domain? sorry for bad english.. hope you understand my questions because i really want back my package.. thanks

      Hey fungsfurniture, 

       

      It won't be a double payment, because you will be fully refunded for the first package. Your domain will not be effected.

    I accidentally cancelled my whole package for this year. I want it back.

      Hey

      Since you've cancelled your premium package within the first 14 days you received a full refund, in accordance with our premium purchases policy.

       

      You will simply need to repurchase your desired premium package.
      In order to upgrade your document , please go to "My Account" -> roll over the document you want to upgrade -> click on "upgrade".

       

      If you wait 14 days, so the trial period ends, and then cancel it, it will stay active for the remaining time of the month. To be extra safe cancel it after 15-16 days to ensure it does not get refunded again.

      If you cancel within 14 days of purchase it will be refunded automatically.

      I checked your account and I can see that you have been refunded.

      Please be informed that it may take up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

       

      If after that time has passed, you still can't see the refund, please let us know.

      To cancel your premium upgrade please follow the directions here.
       
      -Each purchase is guaranteed a full refund only within the first 14 days of trial. 
      If you cancel your upgrade after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
       
      (Please note that this policy includes Premium package purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium package and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the package only.)
       
      -If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. For more information please click here.

      Canceling your premium upgrade stops any future charges. As to your premium package, you have a monthly package, you will not be refunded but you are still a premium user and your site is still connected, the next time the package was due to renew, it will not and you will become a free user.

    Cancel my account

    I ordered an account for $10.95 a month and want to cancel it. When I signed up it said I could cancel at any time. Now I get a message that I cannot cancel it because it's a premium account.

    Can you please help me cancel this account for www.adeliaandmary.com ?

      Hello Sande,
      You can cancel your premium package by going to:

      "My Account" > "Packages">"Manage Premium" >"Manage">
      and next to "Next Payment", please click on "Cancel"
      so that you won't be charged for your premium service on your next payment term which is December 17, 2013.
      (You have made a payment till November term already)

    I cancelled my Premium account within the first 14 days of activation.. I then received an email that said: *Note :Cancelling the package will not cancel your domain name subscription or your App premium package.

    What does this mean and am I still getting charged for the domain name subscription and App package?

      This notification refers to users who purchased a domain from Wix for their site. I see that the domain you used was not purchased through Wix and you connected it using DNS, therefore this information is irrelevant to you.

      Hey lisaamaynard

      I'm not sure which questions were unanswered- as Anat wrote- you do not have a domain name/email/app subscription with Wix, therefore it is not relevant in your case.

      You will be fully refunded for the premium package you purchased and cancelled, and you will not be charged for it anymore.

    Just wanted to let you know that the upgrade promotion giveaways are useless, unless you start a new account on google and facebook. It does work for existing accounts. You need to let people know before they upgrade.

    CARD CHARGED FOR ONE YEAR INSTEAD OF ONE MONTH

    hELLO ,

     

    I attempted to pay for one month and at checkout they billed me for one year.I do not want to ay for one year and would like a refund on my payment .If not I will be forced to contact my credit card company.

      Hi,

      You can cancel your upgrade at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund . Please be informed that it may take up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. After the 14 days, you will not receive a refund.
      If you would still like to cancel, please cancel your Premium packages first and then add your details in the link above. To cancel your packages, go to My Account > Manage Premium > click Cancel.
