I need to cancel a premium account and it is within the 14 day period. When I cancel under managing premium accounts it simply drops the auto-renew which in Feb 2014. How can I cancel and get a refund? thanks.

but I dont want it renewed?? I dont want to pay again in March for something I dont need till next fall. Thanks.

I cancelled my account due to no longer needing the site at this time. I want to know if:
1-it will charge me for March?
2-I can use the same webpage the next time I need it next year?
So what I am saying is if I cancelled this account then does the webpage just go inactive (which is what it was for most of the time because after I posted it no one could see the page) or do I have to start another one in the future?

i don't want use your service anymore caus you charged me on my credit card whit out asking me

I have cancelled my premium account today (16th Jan 2014) however, it says it will be cancelled the following month (12th feb 2014) but since i have cancelled this almost in a months time i'm wondering if a payment will be due on the 12 feb 2014?

I cancelled my Wix premium package because i no longer use the website.
I was due to be charged for the coming year tomorrow (the 14th), but cancelled the premium services some time ago. So I was surprised to see an email in my inbox informing me that there was an 'urgent payment issue' - that Wix haven't been able to take the money from my account. I'm just wondering if I need to let you guys know that this is what has happened- can you just confirm that you're aware that I cancelled my premium package, and am happy for the site to go down.

Hi there. please note that the way to cancel subscription as instructed by account do not work properly, and I need to cancel the service base in a dissolution of the corporation related about. So with your please help me on this matter as soon is possible. thanks you respectfully:
