To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

 

Note: Canceling your Wix premium plan will not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix. You can cancel your domain, app, or mailbox subscription via the Billing & Payment tab, under Manage Premium.

    hi

    my account name is avalauren, user id is pkus36, I want to cancel my premium package which is automatically renew on june 2014, please do not charge my credit card.

      Hey, 


      Wix send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it. 

      I can see that you have cancelled your plan and you will not be charged. 
       
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    I just bought today a year Combo plan, but then I realize that it is not possible to connect my domein name because it is on .nl 
    Can you help me to cancel my premium plan and refund my money.
    Will I get full refund? How long does it take you to refund?

    I don't want my page to be destroyed because I may decide to make a .com adress later.

      What is the email you use to login to the relevant Wix account?

      To be clear and to avoid confusions- while you are unable to transfer an .nl domain to Wix at the moment- you absolutely can connect such a domain to a wix site using name servers.

      When connecting your domain to the Wix name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.

       
      1) Firstly you must go to your Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and add your domain. 
      For more information, please click here.
      2) Please contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain via the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
       
      Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that’s not connected correctly.
      You can troubleshoot your domain here.
       
      Note: Please make sure to firstly add your domain name under the Wix domain manager.
       
      If you would still like to cancel:

      In order to cancel your premium plan, please-
       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      6. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.

      Your Premium plan is cancelled.

       

      You will receive a confirmation email and your upgraded premium site will appear as "canceled" on your Manage Premium page.

       

      Please note that canceling your premium plan by deleting the site attached to your premium plan will not suffice. You must enter "Manage Premium", and cancel the premium plan.
       

      - If you cancel your plan after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
      (Please note that this policy includes premium plan purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium plan and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the plan only.)
       

      - If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 20 business days.
      For more information please go here.

      To be clear, as terminology is important in this case- you are currently unable to transfer .nl domains to Wix- but you most definitely can connect such domains to your wix site using name servers.

    I have recently upgraded my site but am unable to create anything, due to the constant pop ups on the site. I have now decided to cancel it but the system wont let me. Can anyone advise please

    I just cancelled my premium services so I should not be billed next month. My question is what happens when someone types in my domain name next month? What shows up? Also will my Google apps mail be interrupted? The domain name is still valid and in good standing.

      Hi,

      Once your premium upgrade is expired, you will no longer be able to connect your domain name to your Wix site, as connecting a domian is a premium feature.

      Your website will have the free Wix domain name.

      I don't see any Google Apps service through Wix on the account you are contacting us from.

    I moved a website from one Wix account to another. I purchased premium upgrades in both accounts. Can I get a refund or apply the upgrade from the original account to another site?

      I'm afraid it is not possible to move a premium plan from one account to another.

      Regarding a refund:

      You can cancel your upgrade at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. Please be informed that it may take up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. After the 14 days, you will not receive a refund.

      If you would still like to cancel, please cancel your Premium packages first and then add your details in the link above. To cancel your packages, go to My Account > Manage Premium > click Cancel. You can find more information here.

    I don't want Wix to manage my site anymore.

    I do want to renew my domain name. How do I cancel my Wix account? I do not want my site to be renewed automatically. I've changed my host to Siteground and paid them to host it going forward.
