To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

 

Note: Canceling your Wix premium plan will not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix. You can cancel your domain, app, or mailbox subscription via the Billing & Payment tab, under Manage Premium.

      Please note: You can cancel your Premium plans upgrade at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. Please be informed that it may take up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. After the 14 days, you will not receive a refund.

    I was on the 14 days free trial for an upgrade and I just cancelled it. I would like to know when will I get refunded for the money I just payed. Many thanks

    I want to cancel my hosting package and keep my domains and mail packages

    I want to cancel my hosting package but keep all my domains and mail accounts. How to cancel my hosting package without effecting the domains and mail packages in my account?

      Hey,

       

      Please follow the instructions of the Best Reply above.

      You have purchased your domains and Mailboxes, so they are yours and their management will not be affected by the Premium Plan cancellation.

       

       But notice that if you have not a Premium Plan, you will not be able to connect your domain to your Wix website.

    I literally just ordered my premium package and i want to cancel it NOW! when i say now i mean NOW! i found something better and dont want to us a meaningless service.

      Please note:  If you cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, it is likely that the transaction was cancelled before the funds settled. If this is the case, instead of receiving a refund, the original charge(s) will drop away from your account within ten business days.

    delete site

    Hi,

    I'm trying to delete my account and site. I've cancelled my payments and upgrades etc. but when I try and delete I get a message saying I can't delete because I have a Premium account. Can you help or delete it for me please?

    How do you stop auto renewal for your website and for your domain name purchases?

      To learn how to cancel your premium plan, please refer to the best reply of this thread. If you complete this process, your premium feature will be only turned off after the expiration date. From the next year term, your site will be displayed as a free site. If you wish to delete your site all together, you will need to delete it from My Account page.     I feel as though I've been duped. I secured my domain name on another site a day ago thinking I could transfer it over to the wix site, but once I paid the $15.95 I was told I could not transfer my domain name for 60 days. That is crazy!! I will not pay 2 months for a site I cannot use. I would like to cancel my upgrade and be refunded my money. I'll come back in 60 days. You guys need to let people know this ahead of time so you could avoid this problem.

      Hi,

      You don't need to transfer your site to Wix in order to connect it to your site - it isn't mandatory to change the host to Wix, you can keep it hosted where you purchased it. You simply need to change the name servers to point your site to Wix.

      When connecting your domain to the Wix name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.

       
      1) Firstly you must go to your Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and add your domain. 
      For more information, please click here.
      2) Please contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain via the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
       
      Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that’s not connected correctly.

      Note: Please make sure to firstly add your domain name under the Wix domain manager

    I started playing around with the WIX service last night and after hours of looking for what I wanted I upgraded to the premium service thinking I would have more options.  I didn't not find what I was looking for and therefore I would like to take advantage of you 14 day money back guarantee and cancel my service.

      Simply follow the instructions here. Once you cancel the package the refund is provided automatically within the 14 days trial period.
