If you would like to delete your Free account, please add your details here.
 

If you have purchased a Premium plan and wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details in the link above.
To cancel your Premium plan, go to Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Billing & PaymentsManage > click Cancel payments next to Next payment.

    Please for the live of god delete everything associated with my account. I cannot transfer the domain. I don't have another site to transfer to. Please just delete it all.

    P.s. This has been one of the most convoluted ignorant processes I've ever gone through to cancel something. Congratulations are in order I believe.

      If you still  wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details here. To cancel your Premium plan, go to My Account > Manage Premium > Billing & Payment > Manage > click Cancel next to "Next payment". You can find more information here.

      I am requesting a delete account just like the rest of the users here have. I have tried disabling everything like it says. I have canceled the recurring payment. Yet I was still attempted to pay yet another month of service. Thank goodness is on a prepaid card and you couldn't get the money. When I request a delete it gives me a link. I press the link from my email and it says premium features not disabled. Believe me I have disabled everything I can find. PLEASE. delete it all.

      Hi,

      I can see that your account has an active domain in it tjosephsshoerepair.com that will be canceled on February 27, 2015.

      You cannot delete an account while your domain is still active.

      You can transfer it to a new host and then delete the account if you wish.

       

      If you have a Wix domain, click here for instructions on how to transfer it to a different host.

      I won't be charged monthly for wix premium any further will I? I have no host to transfer the domain to.

      Your monthly plan was cancelled and your domain will be cancelled soon as it expires.

    I cancelled my Wix account but would like it to stop on approx. 28th May. I think it said it would stop on 28th April when I cancelled the Ecwid account. I want to cancel all my Wix accounts at the end May please. Would you please confirm this for me?

      Hi,

      If you would like your plan to remain activated until that 28th May, you will need to turn auto-renewal on and cancel again after your plan was renewed. To turn auto-renewal on, go to My Account > Manage Premium > Billing & Payment > Manage > click "turn auto-renewal on" next to "Next payment". You can find more information here

       

      Regarding the Ecwid account, you will need to do the same and cancel after renewal.

    I have cancelled my premium and free sites, I now need to cancel ns server details so I can host elsewhere - please help ads cant seem to do it.

      Please note that Wix is not the domain host for utopiaprintservices.co.uk

      Changing the domain pointing configuration is done from the domain host's end, please refer to them in order to achieve this.
