If you have purchased a Premium plan and wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details in the link above.
To cancel your Premium plan, go to Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Billing & PaymentsManage > click Cancel payments next to Next payment.

    I want to cancel, but the site is very unfriendly and unclear. I have no premium account. I just gave m emailaddress and I created a password. I have not done anything anyfurther.

    Does wix.com has an emailaddress where I can cancel my account? This site realy sucks!!!!

      Hi!

       

      I see you have a premium Wix account.

      To delete your account you will need to first cancel your domain and Combo yearly renewals, once the plan expire, you will be able to delete your account. 

       

      To cancel your Premium plan, go to Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Manage > click Cancel payments next to "Next payment".
      You can find more information here.

       

      Please note: you will need to change the domain pointing configuration from the domain host's end, please refer to them in order to achieve this.

    Hi, we wish to cancel our account, it had been very slow and our board has decided to just use or space and basic web site we have until things get better. Thanks for your service it is very good. If we are able to recover a partial refund that would be great, have a great day.

      To cancel your premium upgrade please follow the directions here.
       
      -Each purchase is guaranteed a full refund only within the first 14 days of trial. 
      If you cancel your upgrade after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
       
      (Please note that this policy includes Premium package purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium package and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the package only.)
       
      -If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. For more information please click here.
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

      I see that you have already canceled your domain, and it will expire on June 11, 2015.

      Please note that you won't be able to delete your Wix account until you don't delete or transfer your domain away from Wix. 

       

      If you have purchased a domain from Wix, it is possible to transfer it to another domain host, if necessary.

      To transfer a Wix domain: Sign in to your Wix account > From the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains > click Manage next to the relevant domain.

      Under Domain Summary, click the Advanced tab > on the right, click Transfer away from Wix > click Send.

       

      An email code will be sent to your email address. This code should be forwarded to your new domain host.

       

      Note: In accordance with ICANN rules, you will only be able to transfer your domain 60 days after purchasing it from Wix.

       

      Note: If you have a non-Wix Domain, you will need to contact your domain host for assistance with disconnecting your domain from Wix.

      Hi,

      I can see you have a premium Wix account.

      First, you will need to cancel all the premium services.

      You will be able to cancel your Wix completely only when your domain expire.

       

      If you have purchased a Premium plan and wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details in the link above.
      To cancel your Premium plan, go to Subscriptions > Premium Plans > Manage > click Cancel payments next to "Next payment".
      You can find more information here.

       

      The default payment plan for Wix domain subscriptions is autorenewal.

      The first renewal payment attempt will be made 2 days before the renewal date.

      Should this payment fail your domain name will expire on the renewal date, and your Wix site will not be accessible through this domain name.

      You can also cancel your domain.

      To change your auto renewal option:

      1. Next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      2. Under Domain Subscriptions, next to your domain, click Manage.
      3. Next to Next payment, click Cancel

      4. If you have clicked Cancel, from the Auto Renewal window, click the radio dial next to the auto renewal or manual option. Click Save.

       

      You can also transfer the domain to a different host.

      After you will transfer the domain, you will be able to cancel the account.

    Let me see if I got this right, in order to delete my account I have to cancel my premium and in order to cancel my premium I have to wait A WHOLE YEAR for it to be cancelled! I need my premium subscription cancelled and my account deleted please. Thank you.

      Hello,

       

      We can see that you have already cancelled your premium plan.

      Please delete your site and fill the form here.

       

      Once you do that, the account will be deleted automatically after the premium plan expires.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, since you have cancelled the plan after the renewal payment, your plan will remain active until June 2015. Once it expires, you will be able to delete your account by adding your details here.

      To cancel your premium upgrade please follow the directions here.
       
      Your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
       
      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.
