If you have purchased a Premium plan and wish to cancel your Wix account, please first make sure to cancel your Premium plan. Once you have done so, please add your details in the link above. To cancel your Premium plan, go to My Account > Manage Premium > Billing & Payment > Manage > click Cancel next to "Next payment". You can find more information here.

    I'm trying to confirm that I have cancelled any services from Wix as of last year. I'm not sure why I'm getting the renewal reminder notice at my current email, regardless, I need to confirm that I will NOT be charged to renew, as it is my understanding that I have cancelled services as of a year or so ago. Please respond, apparently I tried to follow the instructions to "cancel services", there was no information relating to any account in packages, so I'm assuming this is just an error? Please confirm, as I no longer need nor require any Wix services, thank you..

    I have cancelled my premium and free sites, I now need to cancel ns server details so I can host elsewhere - please help ads cant seem to do it.

      Please note that Wix is not the domain host for utopiaprintservices.co.uk

      Changing the domain pointing configuration is done from the domain host's end, please refer to them in order to achieve this.

    Please delete my account. I have found a new website that is more suited for my business. Thank you for your assistance though. Site- http://wssportz.wix.com/gpd-school-sport

    I have followed these steps: Go to Wix.com -> My Account -> Click "Manage and Edit Site" next to the site you would like to delete -> Click "Delete" on the right side of the page and deleted as much as I could. It will not allow me to delete the above site. I would also like a refund i.e.14 day money back guarentee on purchasing a domain 2 days ago.

      In order to cancel your premium plan, please-
       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. From My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. Next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      6. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.

      Your Premium plan is cancelled.

       

      You will receive a confirmation email and your upgraded premium site will appear as "canceled" on your Manage Premium page.

       

      Please note that canceling your premium plan by deleting the site attached to your premium plan will not suffice. You must enter "Manage Premium", and cancel the premium plan.
       

      - If you cancel your plan after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
      (Please note that this policy includes premium plan purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium plan and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the plan only.)
       

      - If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 20 business days.

      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.
       

      We are sorry to hear you have decided to cancel your Wix premium plan. We hope you re-consider your decision and should you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

      Unfortunately, once you have purchased a domain, you will not be able to edit, cancel or delete it.

       

      However, you can change the auto-renewal settings so that you will not be charged after the subscription expires. Please follow the directions below to end the automatic renewal process. 

       

      1. From Manage Premium, click the Billing & Payment tab.
      2. Under Domain Subscriptions, next to your domain, click Manage.
      3. Next to Next payment, click Cancel.
      4. Click the radio dial next to No, I will renew the domain manually.
      5. Click Save.

      Unfortunately Wix domain purchases are non-refundable once registered.

       
      Wix domain purchases are separate from Premium package purchases and do not have a 14-day free trial policy.

      Did you mean this domain - melolagnia.com ?

      We've checked the account with this domain, and have seen that the premium package was canceled, and the domain  melolagnia.com is not connected to any Wix site.
