If you continue to receive emails about an overdue invoice, it is likely that you did not cancel your premium effectively and the system is trying to process another payment. To cancel your Premium package:

1. Sign into Wix.com.
2. Click My Account.
3. From My Account, click Manage Premium.
4. Under Status, click Cancel next to the package that you would like to cancel.
5. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.

Your Premium package is cancelled.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation.
In addition, in Manage Premium, under Status, your document will appear as Cancelled.

Important: Make sure to cancel any payment subscriptions (eg through PayPal) that you have set up as well!

If your premium shows up as cancelled in your manage premium and you continue to receive mails, please contact billing@wix.com so that we can resolve the issue. In most cases it is because you have cancelled after the renewal date and you have an outstanding invoice.

My mistake, there is a status button, but there is no cancel option next to it, only "Payment Incomplete" in red.

According to Wix "support", to stop receiving emails, these are the steps that are needed to be taken:

    1. Sign into Wix.com.
    2. Click My Account.
    3. From My Account, click Manage Premium.
    4. Under Status, click Cancel next to the package that you would like to cancel.
    5. Follow the steps in the pop-ups that open.

The problem with this, is that after I click on "My Account", there is no where on the page that says Manage Premium.  I found the page by accident going through another direction, but even still, once I did get there, there was no "status" button to click and therefore, no "cancel" button.  Hmmm weird. No cancel button? *sarcasm*

I have received 25 emails in less than a month and I have not used this website for more than 2 years!  TWENTY. FIVE. EMAILS.  Harassment much?  I never received any emails before 9 Dec and now I'm getting sometimes 4 a day.  It's beyond ridiculous.  I need BETTER instructions on how to close this down, forever, so I never get another email again.

Hi, I cancelled my annual subscription on the day it was due, thinking I'd done enough, and came back to delete my website itself a couple of weeks later. I have also cancelled with my domain name provider. I've been away from home for a few months and haven't been able to regularly access my emails properly, and I've discovered in my junk email that I have around 100 emails from Wix, attempting to take money from my PayPal account but being declined, because the details on it are outdated. I've been receiving three or four emails a day to this effect.

Please forward this to whoever appropriate. I do not feel it right that attempts are being made to charge me for another year's service, having not even used a day over what I had already paid for, and cancelling it immediately when the next years payments were due.
    Regards.
