    error 10124 cant save

    Why cant I save my site? I repeatedly get error 10124 "make sure you are logged in"

    Have been using Wix for over a year now. None of my variable have changed. yesterday started my issue NOT being able to SAVE my edits while in the Wix HTML editor. I cleared ALL my browser cache this morning and still recieving error.

    can't save the site

    Hi, from some reason I can't save the site. 

    This is the massage that I'm getting:

    Error saving

    "An unexpected error occurred while preparing your site data. if the problem persists please let uo know by posting on our support forum (0)"

    Hello,

    I still have my website editor open, but it will not save. When I tried to open it in a different browser it shows my website from before editing for hours. I did not follow all the steps posted because I do not want to close my current open window with my most current website version. It lets me keep adding to it, but will not save anything when I hit the save button. When I click preview in the current screen it shows the new updated version, but when I view in a new window or browser it is back to the original site before I made and updates. 

    Please help me save the updated most recent version.

      I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we cannot save your changes for you, as a new session will open for us with the last saved changes.

       

      What happens when you try to save your changes? Do you receive any kind of error?

    My work was also lost. Editor has been acting glitch for the last week. Won't let you reach elements, moves images and separated elements. Usually I close then reopen. Today I went to close it and it wouldn't save the work. ......Waited for an hour, had to leave so I closed browsed. All my work is gone. Really disappointing...

    Hi,

    I have tried to save since I started to work with my site. It worked a few times in the beginning (started yesterday). I thought that maybe you had some issues with your server or something, and that the issue would soon be solved. But it never happened.

    I use Mac OS X. I use a router. I have no modem or antivirus. I have cleared my cache on both Chrome & Safari (the browser I use). I've restarted my computer. There's no software what so ever needing updates on my mac. I have no access to another computer on another network. Not at this time. Soon midnight here and I have tried saving since I began building the site, yesterday.

    I have read the threads above, but I didn't find anything helpfull on this issue.

    I have used publishing and the history frequently. Is all my work, due to not being able to save, gone forever, or what's happening here???

    I need help asap!!!

    Saving error

    hi,

     

    I am having errors in saving my edited site and i dont want to lose the work i have done.

    Clearly this company is not worth working with... I too cannot save a lot of the work I have already put in and there seems to be NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE with the problems... no way really to contact the company, etc.  I would have gladly upgraded my website if I could have ever gotten one built and was able to save it, but these recurring problems are clearly systemic and evidently can't be fixed.  WIX is a sham as far as I can see.

      Your link to solve the problem doesn't work.  Many other customers have already told you this.  How can you expect people to devote hours of their time to write a website only to have your system refuse to save it???  Your canned response is no good.

      I have checked and double checked the links both in Alon's answer and in the Best Reply above and both work properly.

      You can try using the direct URL instead of a link:

      I am deeply saddened for your loss of work that was not saved.

      We recommend to all of our users to save every so often in order to avoid these situations.

      Usually these save problems are caused by a local misconfiguration, mostly connection/ internet provider related.

      We cannot control these disconnections and so we recommend saving.

       

      I'm sorry you lost hours of work, please follow the instructions in the link provided and let us know if the issue persists.

    My website is not saving.  I have made extensive changes several times and when I go back to the editor or come back in to my wix site it isn't save.  this is very time consuming and very frustrating as I'm undergoing a tertiary course and wish to provide this website as part of my assessment
