    I did three hours of work and lost it all when the site wouldn't save nor publish.  I refreshed and lost everything.

    After that frustration - I started working on it again - and have tried to save AGAIN and am receiving this error.

    I can't lose another three hours work.

    Please let me know if there is any way to save my work.

      I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.


      Please note that you are not using the most updated version of Chrome. This might be the reason for this issue.

      We also recommend you to try and use different browsers and see if there is any difference.

    Slightly frustrating.  I loaded a template, began making changes, and then the ol' 7002 popped up when I tried to save.
    Now, I had no intention to publish yet, so when I was forced to reload chrome, my site vanished into oblivion.

    I do hope that this does not become a habit, as my other un-published site saves without issue.

    Error: 7002
    We've received your publish request, but our server is currently busy.
    Don't worry, your site should be published within a few minutes!
    If you don't see your live site updated within a few minutes, please let us know in this thread..

      I've checked your site and I can see that it's been properly published and that it's currently live.

    i publish my site and get an error?

    now ive got past that error it tell me site has been published but i can't view it because when i click on it it says your site has not been published yet???????

      I am able to see your site. While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    I have tried to publish my site three times, but there is an error which has been so much, what can I do?

      I checked your site 'listening' and I was unable to reproduce the problem. I was able to Publish your site without any errors from my end:

      Please clear your browser's cache, re-open Chrome and try again. You can find step by step instructions here.

      I can see your site is up and running. Should you still have difficulties please clear your browsers cache as the bug has been resolved.

    We have resolved the recent issue that was causing the 7002 error you were receiving.


    You should be able to save and publish your site without receiving this error.
