    Sorry Jonthan,

    but Im new on this WiX net and I didnt know how to send an e-mail.

    How I see this, here is needed very well speaking English (American )

    and thats not my basic language... Im from Croatia, country in Europa

    at Adriatic see and I have learned English in school but now its little bit

    forgoten so Im trying to renovate my knowledge, hope you understand me,

    If you want, we can continue writing messages because I will try my best and 

    if you will, send me a few words about you and that nice black Labrador on 

    your site. Whats the name of dog? Is that yours or you find the photo on

    internet?                Hope you answer, sincearly friend     Miodrag

      No, I havent got problems with your e-mail, but Im used on different kind

      of writing messages like SMS form from mobile phone... Now Im typing

      letters on laptop and its a new and great expiriance for me, something

      like a newsreporter from this part of the World. if you catch my grip...

      Just I need some time to learn how to use all the possibilties that

      this software provides... Hope you understand me, sincierly    Miodrag (:-)

    Wix - Can't save my work. I got an error message that says: "We’re very sorry, but we can’t save your site right now. We’re aware of the problem and are already working on it.

    In the meantime, please exit the editor and start a new session."

    Would love to be able to turn off my computer, but I'm worried to. Can you look into this? Thanks so much!

    I cannot save my edited blog posts - please help me out asap!

    The reason is that I can't see/scroll down to the "save" button underneath the blogpost editor.

    Please help me out asap!

      1. Are you able to see your live site? If not, please provide us with its URL.
      2. Are you able to access the Editor?
      3. Are you able to access Wix.com?

    I am not able to save new images to my page. I have attempted to reload the page, and even started over from scratch on a new page. The message pops up "please wait while saving" and just stays. I have left it over night 2x and come back to the same message and page. When I try to reload the page to see if it accepted the changes it returns the page to the last previously saved version. I do not see any network activity at this point when I try to save, but when I go back to a page that is good to go, my network activity returns in my task manager. Its like when it is trying to save, the network stops connection. Its at the point where when I change the formatting of a paragraph it wont save. Its very frustrating, I have many hours in this site and I don't want to have to chose another provider but I am about to look for another option. Please help!

      I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

      Please clear your browsers cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

      In order to fix the problem we must isolate its source.
      For that purpose, please:
      1. Try again using another browser.
      2. Try again using another computer.
      3. Try again using a different internet connection.

       

      Please let us know if any of the above changed the status of your problem.

    In addition, please make sure to update your browser to the latest version available and to test other updated browsers in order to isolate the issue. While working on your Wix site, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
