If you are experiencing the error message, please let us know what template you were editing prior to receiving the error message.

We would like to get step by step instructions to the template in question.

      Wow.  Ten hours later.  Is this the norm?  My assignment is due tonight!  Anyhow, how do I find the URL?  Because right now at the top it says it is in the editing mode

      Please click on the address bar (white line at the top of the browser that says the address of the website). Click CTRL+C to copy, and paste it here using CTRL+V.

    Cannot save my work!  Not sure if it's the same error, but it keeps telling me to try again and to check my headers and footers for changes

      We are seeing a recently created site under your account.  Furthermore, we tested the template and were unable to see any issue saving.

       

      Can you please check this again on your end and let us know if you require further assistance.

    When trying to save my work (all day) I receive this message:

    "an unexpected error occurred while preparing your site data. If the problem persists please let us know by posting on our support forum (-40006)"

    Can you please check it out?

      I've checked your account and was not able to recreate this issue.

      This is the template I was using when the problem occurred (I shortened the url using http://goo.gl/): http://goo.gl/qMtepp

      I tried both chromium and firefox browsers, and am using Ubuntu operating system.

    unable to save

    Hi,

    I'm unable to save my work on the wix editor.

    Did follow up all the options on your support forum suggestions.

    Can you please check it out?

    This is the message that appears when I try to save my work:
