When purchasing a premium plan with a Yearly subscription, you are eligible to receive the following vouchers depending on the plan that you choose.
Combo plan: Free Domain Voucher
Unlimited, eCommerce and VIP: Free Domain Voucher, Google AdWords Voucher, Bing Advertising Voucher, Facebook Advertising Voucher and Local Listings Voucher.
 

Note: The Bing Advertising and Local Listings vouchers, are available in the US and Canada only.


To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

    Hi,

    I tried  to use this Facebook voucher and it said it would be added to my account at the time I was billed. I trusted that it would be the case. Then I got my first bill, and it was charged to my credit card and not to the free wix voucher. What's the problem. I signed up for 2 websites and I have a lot of vouchers to use. I want to use them!

    Hello. I have had an account since 2010 and am on a yearly ecommerce plan, but unfortunately do not see any vouchers. Please can you help direct me as it is asking me to upgrade. Thank you in advance.

      Please know that none of our vouchers are valid for more than a year. In addition, please note that vouchers only apply when buying new plans and not when renewing them.

      I can see that you have purchased our eCommerce Monthly plan.

      Please note that these vouchers are not included in the monthly plan.

      To upgrade from a monthly to a yearly plan: Sign in to your Wix account > from the My Sites page, next to the relevant site, click Upgrade > select the yearly plan.

       

      Note: If you upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, any remaining credit from your monthly plan will be deducted from the price of your yearly upgrade.

    Hey I bought a package 3 months ago, at 1st my vouchers were there like 4 of them now when I come back to take advantage of the submit your company to search engines option and that voucher along with the others are gone.. only facebook is there.. Where do I find my vouchers being that they are not under the tab any more?

      To find the promotional code: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > under Manage Premium, click Vouchers > under Facebook Advertising, on the right, you will find the Voucher code.
