    if i purchase the yearly e commerce plan and decides to close my account with wix then do i get a pro rated money back?

      If you cancel a premium plan within 14 days of it's purchase you get a full refund automatically. That is our policy which we think is fair, it allows for more than enough time to try the premium plan. Additional refund requests are possible but are viewed case by case by our billing team.

    not so clear to me, what does it mean: price: e-Commerce. is it free? what is the price?

    is the e-commerce site template free like others? like is it that i will pay for the ecommerce site before now paying for the upgrade or plan?

    Do you have to purchase the e-Commerce plan to be able to sell on Wix?

      It depends, if you want to sell a few items you can add individual Paypal button for free, however if you wish to add Wix professional shopping cart, you will need to upgrade your site to the ' Ecommerce ' premium package.


      You can find instructions on how to add a PayPal button to your site here!


      To add an Online Store to any template, click Add > Online Store > Product Gallery > Add to Page. 


      You can try it out for free in the Wix Editor, but to start selling you'll need to upgrade to the Wix eCommerce package. For upgrading instructions, click here.

    what is the difference between the 10 pound e-com one and the 12 pound e-com one? they appear to be above the same tick list/plan? thanks

      This is the difference between a yearly and a monthly premium plan. If you upgrade to the eCommerce Yearly Package​ you can Save 30% and get the free gifts described above.

      If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.

      If you chose the Yearly agreement, you will get charged one time for the entire amount. At the moment we only accept the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  You can find more information here.

      i see okay, so in buying the monthly 12.44 package, It's like a monthly rollover and I can cancel at any given month should I need? thanks

      Yes, the monthly packages are always more expensive but since billing is monthly you can quit any time you want and the next monthly charge will not take place.

    (270) Line item 1 is invalid when checking out

    When a customer is checking out on our online store, they get the error "(270) Line item 1 is invalid" during the checkout process.  This occurs when the user should be prompted to choose payment method.

    To duplicate:

    1) visit http://www.quiltingstudio.net/#!our-store/ckxh

    2)  add an item to the cart

    3)  Check out

    4) Enter Shipping information

    5) on the next screen, for payment information, you will get the error.

      This error appears because you have installed eCommerce store for a free website. Please note that Online Store is a premium feature and you will have to upgrade to the eCommerce package to use it.

      You need to re-assign the Premium Plan to that site in order for it to work.

      How to switch my Premium Upgrade to another Wix site ? (including Flash to HTML and vice versa)

      Please see the attached documentation picture.  According to the account information, the site is configured with an ecommerce package. As you can see in the pic, quiltingstudio.net already has the ecommerce option.  If you reply, please confirm that you have looked at the linked picture.   So what else is the problem?

      Hi Roger,

      Please note that quiltingstudio.net is listed under a different account, this is why Ilia has suggested that this may be an issue with the package.

      Under the account it is listed there is a valid eCommerce package. 


      This error message is from your merchant account Authorize.net. 

      This error indicates you are either posting the incorrect API Login ID within your script, connecting to a server that does not recognize your account, or using an account which is inactive.


      You can reach Authorize.net toll-free at: (877) 447-3938.

    Hi, With the eCommerce plan, how many options can customers choose per product? I offer very bespoke, personalised products so I need customers to be able to choose from multiple options.

      You can add up to two product options to each item with up to ten choices for each product option. Your buyer will be able to choose one.
