When you are ready, go to My Sites and click Upgrade next to the site of your choice.

There are five upgrade options for regular Wix pages:

Connect Domain Plan ($6.90/month) or for the yearly plan $49:
This plan enables you to use your own domain that you purchased from any domain registrar. You can store up to 500MB, with 1GB bandwidth.

Combo Plan ($12.95/month) or for the yearly plan $111
This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 3GB with 2GB bandwidth.

Unlimited Plan ($15.95/month) or for the yearly plan $149:
This plan includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 10GB with unlimited bandwidth.
We have a special sale available for this plan: 
 


eCommerce Plan ($19.90/month) or for the yearly plan $194:
This plan includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the eCommerce feature. You can store up to 20GB with 10GB bandwidth.
 

Available only in the U.S and Canada
VIP Plan ($29.90/month): 
This plan includes first priority support, connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 20GB with unlimited bandwidth.

    I have some questions:

    I have one Premium/Combo account for $12.95 a month at WIX and one GoogleMailBoxMonthly account for $4.95 a month = $17.90.  Why can't WIX take that money from my PayPal account?

    When I go to Billing and Payments, I see WIX charge me $15.95 instead of the $12.95 for the package I have chosen, WHY are they trying to take more money from me?

    Please correct the problem so I can continue my business relationship with WIX, I cannot afford to go offline or loose my email account.

      Hello Izak,

       

      You are charged $4.95 for your mailbox and $10.95, that means $15.90 in total.

       

      Note that you have declined charged. For more information, please hover on the icons "Hi, izakniemann" on the top right end of the page > Billing & Payment.

       

      Even though there was a previous successful transaction, the current recent attempt(s) to charge has failed despite our efforts.  

      This can happen for a number of reasons but the end result is that the bank that issued the card to you had declined to approve this purchase.  
      The error message that we receive is general and therefore we cannot proceed until we know the reason for their action.

      Please call them and give them the specific details of this purchase and ask them why it was declined.  
      It is not enough to ask them about the account in general or to assume because the card was used for another purchase elsewhere, that everything is fine.

      Once you have the exact reason for the decline on this attempt to purchase we will be able to help process the order.

      Please let us know how else we may assist you once you have more details.

      Wix currently accepts payment by credit or debit card. The system will try to charge the card again in a few days. 

       

      Accepted Credit Cards:
      VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

       
      Accepted Debit Cards:
      Visa & MasterCard.

    hi i would like to get upgrade my account... but all i get is a yearly amount. i would like monthly. how do i get a monthly rate and not a yearly? i would like to just purchase one month at a time. thank you

    Hi Wix Team,


    I have a question. Let’s say I want to connect a domain that I already have to Wix site and I also have a web hosting for example godaddy. I will have to upgrade right? If I upgrade and I choose the connect the domain premium plan will Wix Brand ads still be displayed on my site?


    And would the bandwidth that I can get with the plan count towards my Wix site or will the bandwidth usage be getting used from my web host like for example godaddy? What I mean is, will it depend on how much bandwidth my web host is giving providing me to run the site or how much Wix is providing since it’s still connected to Wix?

      1.  The "Connect Domain" premium plan allows you to connect your own domain to Wix, but does not allow you to remove the Wix Brand ads from your site.

       

      2. A site’s bandwidth determines how much data your visitors can view over time, as well as having an effect on the speed at which the site is viewed by your visitors. Please note that your site's bandwidth is not determined by the host of your domain, since all of your site's information is located on Wix servers.

    I was wondering if someone can clarify for me, if i still get the vouchers when am paying monthly? I am thinking of subscribing for the VIP but paying monthly, will i still get the vouchers?

      In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

      To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

       

      Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
       

      Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

      Great, I have more questions. The yearly plans means a one time yearly payment right? or it will still be monthly. If i choose to make monthly payments what does that mean in terms of recieving the vouchers. Is there a number i can call, am not a fan of the mode of communication, I need to speak to someone.       If you sign up for the Monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are charged automatically, on a monthly basis.

      If you sign up for the Yearly plan, the contract length is one year and you will be charged automatically, once a year, for the entire year. Of course, the Yearly plan offers you extra savings.

       

      Note: We currently do not offer the ability to make one time payments. If you wish to prevent your plan from renewing, simply make sure to cancel your it before the renewal date.

       

      Currently, we accept the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

    Oh no. I've noticed things are wonky on letterbug.me. It has been working beautifully for months but now it looks like it is trying to link to blurts.me by mistake. How can I correct that problem??

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      I checked your Wix account and I saw the domain name : letterbug.me is currently assigned to the site: letterbug .

      As for the domain name: blurts.me , I can see you submitted a transfer request to transfer the domain to Wix hosting.

       

      Please keep in mind: You can create as many sites as you need under one account!

       

      Note: A premium plan is valid for one site only. If you wish to have two sites with different domain names you will need to upgrade both of these sites. You can find information about our plans here.
       

      You will be able to connect the domain: blurts.me to the site: blurts  only after you upgrade this site to a premium package and the domain transfer will be complete.

       

      You can also connect this domain, by pointing the domain name to Wix name serves.

       

      To connect your site to a domain please visit our Domain Portal or view the video below. The connection may take up to 72 hours to take effect.

    Please note that  a premium upgrade is valid for one site only. If you wish apply premium features, such as connecting your own domain, to more than one site, you will need to purchase additional upgrades.

    domain chargee

    I'm trying to transfer my domain and the site wants to charge me 20.95 for the year. I thought with my ecommerce package the year was free.
