In order to receive the vouchers, you will need to upgrade to one of the following Yearly plans: Combo, Unlimited or eCommerce. Please make sure that you have, indeed, purchased one of these plans.

To find your vouchers: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Vouchers.

 

Note: The vouchers are a one-time gift that come with your first year of purchase.
 

Note: Your free domain voucher will appear as soon as you purchase a plan that includes this promotion. However your Facebook Ads and Google Adwords vouchers will only appear in the Vouchers section after 48 hours.

      Hi,

      Please note that vouchers are only available for users that upgrade to the Yearly Premium Plans. Seeing as you've upgraded to the monthly plan, you are not eligible for vouchers.

    Hello!

    I've purchased the combo yearly package and am now trying to redeem the Adwords Voucher. I already bought 25$ (19€) in Google Adwords after clicking the link you provided in the instructions below:

    I did not get any confirmation email, and when I try to redeem the voucher in Adwords, the following error message appears:

    "We're sorry, you're not eligible for this promotional code for the following reason: Your account is past the maximum age limit specified in the offer details."

    Can you help me out? Thank you very much in advance!

      Hey Diana,

       

      To qualify for the promotional credit you must accrue advertising charges in the amount of $25 within 31 days of entering your promotional code. For example, if you enter the code on October 1, 2014 you'll have until November 1, 2014 to accrue advertising charges in the amount of $25. In all circumstances, you must enter your promotional code before December 31, 2014 in order to activate this offer. Once you have accrued charges in the amount of $25 in your account, your Google Adwords account will be credited with a free $75 gift voucher.

      Hey Eyal,

      That's exactly the opposite of the instructions Wix supplies (in the printscreen of my previous comment):

      "How to claim your $75 of AdWords gift voucher

      Visit this link
      Sign up and purchase $25 worth of Google Ads
      Once you've completed the sign-up process, you'll receive a confirmation email.
      Follow the instructions in the email, and when prompted, enter the voucher code (located in the table of your Wix Voucher page) into the 'Billing' section of your AdWords account. Your ads will be live almost instantly"

      Even so, I've tried to use the promotional code before making the 25$ payment in Adwords as well and the same error message appeared: "We're sorry, you're not eligible for this promotional code for the following reason: Your account is past the maximum age limit specified in the offer details."

      So I don't understand, am I supposed to insert the promotional code before or after making the 25$ payment? I've tried it both and still no 75$ credit.

      Hi Diana,

       

      I'm terribly sorry for any previous misunderstanding.

      As per Google's Terms of Use for this promotion, the voucher needs to be redeemed in a new AdWords account which is less than 14 days old at the time you enter your promotional code. To use the voucher, please open a new Google Adwords account for this purpose, and enter the promotional code immediately (within the first 14 days of the account), prior to making the $25 deposit.

      Hi Tom,

      I can't believe this... What sense does it make to create a new Adwords account when I already have an account with running ads? My campaign is already all configured and now I'll have to do it all again? And the monitoring won't be easy, having to switch from one account to another. Plus, I've already payed for the 25$... Isn't there any way around this, can't you contact Google in order to " enable a new feature or product in AdWords, as specified by Google in the voucher"?

      I'm sorry for my frustration, but it really doesn't make any sense to make life harder for loyal Adwords clients who've already invested money in an account.

      Your combo upgrade was purchased last year, and the vouchers have expired.

       

      You can see the vouchers and their expiration date at any time in your Manage Premium area under Vouchers. Please note that we can not issue new vouchers once they expire.

      Please note that the Domain vouchers expired in June 2013. Your FB and Adwords vouchers were valid till December 31st 2013.

    looking for coupon for VIP

    Hi , would anyone happen to have a coupon code , I was looking to go from monthly on the ecommerce to annual on the VIP and buy another VIP annual for another site in my account .

      Please note that we do not offer discounts for multiple premium plans which are purchased.

       

      However, you can use the following coupons to receive a discount on the yearly Unlimited/eCommerce premium packages!

       

      Currently we don't have coupons for the VIP premium plan.

    Hello, 

    It seems I'm having the same issue as many others here - namely that the vouchers never appeared on the site on in the vouchers tab. 

    Can you please let me know options? Really, it was the vouchers that helped me decide to use wix as opposed to another service. Would be a shame if it turned out that the vouchers were a false promise.

      Hey,

      I apologize for the inconvenience. I have just checked your account and I see that your vouchers expired since you have purchased your premium package in 2012.  The vouchers are only valid for a year.

      Please note that your package is from January 2010 and the vouchers are only valid for a year and they only come with the purchase of your first premium package.

    Could you help me please? I have the same problem like the previous lady. I have been using Wix for nearly a year and never found any vouchers. Whenever I go to the voucher tab it simply has an Upgrade button but I had already upgraded to a yearly premium account so that wasn't relevant to me.  Where do I finally get the vouchers if not on that tab?

      But how it could be? My year-package will finish in February, so vouchers must finish in February and not last year? How long can I use my vouchers after buying the year-package?

      Hi,

       

      The domain voucher is valid for two months after the purchase of the premium package.

      The Google Adwors and the Facebook vouchers were valid until December 31.
